The condenser is in front of the radiator behind the grill. Spray cleaners that are safe on aluminum are fine to use here to get the gunk loosened up, then just hose it down with water. Don't try to scrub it, you'll likely bend the fins which kills airflow. Even just rinsing with water can improve the performance.

    Ah, yup, totally missed that.

Then again, one of the two may've meant evap, not condenser, but ... Meh.

They touched on it in previous comments. I sprayed mine down with some EVAP foam I had. Then I used a gentle setting on my hose to rinse it all off. Repeated this twice. Pretty simple. Just don't turn your hose on blast or you'll bend the fins.

I've not had luck with the EVAP yet. That kit from Toyota is the ticket but I'm too cheap right now. They want like $43 for it.

I bought an expansion valve, schrader valves, and an o-ring kit to replace along side my condenser. I'm going to blow air and vacuum the evaporator while I'm in there and probably do the Toyota foam. Also need to re-read the cabin filter thread and order that stuff.

Is the expansion valve at the evap? How hard will that be?

Yup, it looks like the valve itself comes easy, but I'm not sure if I'll have to fully remove this or if I can just take off the lower half.

I'm just praying mine never stops working because it seems like a lot to figure out and fix.

    What is this part?

The tube canister thingy is your receiver/ dryer and that's a sight glass on top. Ridgelines have these built into the condenser. That black cap is where the schrader valve for checking your high pressure refigerant charge is.

Got inspired and did the FGT when my sone got home

bunch of pine needles and trash in there
    IMG_5478.jpg

used this foaming coil cleaner I had to fully foam it through the opening inside.

Resistor was a little corroded, cleaned the contacts with some alcohol to remove the buildup.

So following up on this since I am a little pissy about the situation, but Inno finally got back to me on the return on their rack system and they're charging me $100 to ship it back to them claiming their returns are usually free but being that the rack system should "fit your truck" they are not giving me that free return. I'm not sure what else to do as I recorded a whole video and emailed it to them showing how the mounts do not fit correctly on my truck. AND after calling Inno directly and speaking with someone who actually builds the rack systems they told me(in a challenging accent) that the set I ordered from them WOULD NOT fit my truck as the mounting system is incorrect. But hey, a company's customer service team knows more about the product than the people who actually design it right? That $100 could have gotten me 3/4 of a tank

Welp. I guess this is why nobody on this forum should be buying Inno products in the future.

This is the kind of thing I'd blast the company with on Twitter. It's the only way you're going to get past the riff-raff.

And if you bought this with a credit card, you may just want to dispute the charge. I know AmEx covers me in situations like this.

I like it - it's your truck, you do your thing. Looks good

But more importantly, those wheels... I'm not a big aftermarket wheel guy, but those look SHARP.

Thank you. Those wheels are Icon's. I got them on 1stGenOffroad about a year ago. I like them, but I kinda wish I had gone with the bronze ones instead of the gunmetal

DO NOT CHARGE INTO HIGH SIDE. Recharging is done into the low pressure side and pressures are monitored on both sides. Connecting a can of coolant to the high pressure side can cause it to rupture sending shrapnel everywhere.

Now both codes after switching 6 and 8 ignition coils.

Ill swap out both with extras i have to see what happens. Maybe the ECU will eat more coils.
