That box looks familiar. So much for the fragile writing on it.

    Looking good man.

    ^^^^^ I did this today!
Also replaced the struts on my camper shell so I don't get knocked in the head every time I open the back camper shell window.

Just ordered JBA headers. I will put those on in about a week, along with replacing my water pump, lower ball joints, and fixing my oil leak from my right side valve cover.

Passenger side valve cover? Probably not the valve cover.... can seals are known to leak, specifically the pass side. Kind of an extensive repair, intake camshaft has to come out.

If it is im not worried. Not too hard of a repair. I'm a toyota tech lol. But usually if you remove the cover and front cap, replace the gasket and put down fipg your good. Most of the ones I've seen weren't the cam seal. But if is then I'll take care of it.

Changed oil and filter today. Put Mobil 1 5w 30 in with Toyota filter. Changed out the air filter to K&N Filter. Installed a exhaust tip on the tailpipe. Cut off 3 inches of the tailpipe so it doesn't stick out too much. I like the look, eventually hope to put on a Magnaflow muffler to give it more of a throaty growl.

Thanks, I probably scuffed up the paint more than I should have but I wasn't in a hurry.

Yes it was more work than I anticipated, but it turned out nice. You rolled it over your plastic Tacoma liner?

Minimal but just had a recent surgery so mods are very limited. Can't drive for two weeks so I am bored out of my mind. Installed new these new lights inside to try and provide more interior lighting. They are ok, not totally sure how I feel about them yet. Old lights are the yellow look, I definitely like the blue look better.

Installed the side window covers today now that it is finally warm enough to do so. I posted a before and after photo. I definitely like the look it provides. My only regret is on the drivers side for the rear window the cover is placed a little toward the front of the truck by about an 1/4 inch or so too much and when the window is open it pushes out on the cover. Live and learn, should have opened the window first to do a test run. Just won't open it I guess. Otherwise a very easy install, just have to take your time to line them up good.
