Got blessed by a red tailed hawk today on a walk. These are 8-9" long.

There's a pair of red tailed hawks nested about 75 yards south of me in a pine tree. They like to hunt squirrels in the stand of trees behind our house. They often drop feathers around the house, but these are huge, found them about 100ft from their nest, saw the second one drop. No clue what it was doing up in the nest, but felt pretty fortunate to be the first one to stumble across. I think, based on shape and size, one is a primary, other a secondary?

Yeah, but he's Bill, so of course he's partial to Billerica. It's like a portmanteau for Bill America.

Its weird that it’s not another English town name being New England and all.

Guess its better than living in a town called Braintree.

Usually every year we’ve had a active nest in the neighborhood, like 3 houses down across the alley, I didn’t notice them as much this year, we’ve got a owl nest a few blocks south as well, it’s awesome to hear them at night

Here you go, I might've posted this on here before, but this is from summer of '21. Taken from the driveway, just outside my backdoor. One of two nearby couples, after capturing a squirrel, which it picked apart for a minute before flying off with it.

No automatics! I also found a few early cts-v's, but it doesn't show the drivers side, shows 2 accidents, and it's in Albuquerque. There's 2 more ats's, but they're in Michigan. If this forum has taught me anything, it's avoid vehicles from the rust belt. And just avoid Michigan in general.

Okay I clicked your link. I retract my estimate. That's a big house. Price to finish would depend alot on level of quality with materials used as well as labor, but definitely into 6 figures. The purchase price is way too high for something needing that much work, even where I'm at. On the other hand, for someone wanting to do a big remodel (like moving walls and changing structural layout) this is at the perfect stage. Easier to find a house more suited to your needs. Sometimes it's just the location people are after. I've done a few where the people will buy a run-down property, and the first thing they do is demo the house
    That's fawking badass

To that point, first thing I'd be doing is pulling in a structural engineer for confirmation there's nothing hinky. At first glance, the load bearing walls seem maybe OK, but I see at least two things I find questionable.

There are quite a few people who bought two neighboring properties on the water in Cohasset and Scituate where they tear down both saltbox homes and build their new house on one lot and the other lot is for their yard. (These are tiny land properties).
