Ok... I didn't know they have rears... I have to check those out... it definitely will be easier than the fronts..

Basically just lifted my truck (pro comp 7”) but i think i want a cleaner look without the spacers. Is it set at 6”? Because like the height at 7”

It is non adjustable. You could stick in a 1 inch spacer on top of the coil and it would still ride better then what you have because the preload spacer would have been removed..And then you could retain your 7 inches.

I'm running these with a 1/2" shim on the low side and 1/4" shim on the high... Leveled her right up. Ride is awesome, they've been on since May, no issues and a great ride. BTW, I've been selling a ton of these lately, and have not had one customer complaint yet.

Those are the exact shims I used. I machined 1/4" off of one to level it out, side to side.

Do you have control arm relocation kit installed? 6” without lowering the lower control arms places the control arms at severe angles.

Thanks, it was ever so slight, less than a 1/2". Shims straightened her right out though.

How are you guys getting away with the stock UCAs? I would think there would be no way to get alignment specs right.

It's a bracket lift, What are you talking about ??

@Keithbickford , Didn't mean to come off as negative..These are meant to be used with 6 inch bracket type lifts that are utilizing spacers. They will not work as a stand alone lift.

I guess that’s what it’s called. A bracket lift. Right on.

Lowers the control arm to maintain the correct angles.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. I've read the entire thread and sounds like you're all running procomp 6+" lifts. I have the same installed, but was curious about lowering it. Due to the install, the cross member was cut. I don't have the original piece to weld it back. Any way to get this down to a 3 or 4inch lift?

    Thanks

I’m new to all these lifts and stuff. But could I just put the 6in lifted strut and a rear block to get a 6inch lift?

I bought these the other day and I to do not want to risk the axle sliding out. When you say you split the bottom two. Lots what two were you referring to?

So jack it up, support the frame, place jack under control arm, remove those two bolts only, lower the jack slowly until the coilover has no stress, remove coil, and then repeat those steps in reverse to put everything back together? Thanks you so much! That’s a lot easier than the damn instructions!
