Just spent half my work day reading every single page in your build thread:D Geez so many ideas now. I need to LED my interior and exterior ASAP, such a big difference. Your truck is immaculate and very tastefully modded. Love the interiors on the platinum, very elegant. I take my dogs everywhere in mine so I couldn't justify it myself.

Thanks! HAHA im glad im able to keep you occupied at work!!!!
I tried different LED's and VLED's so far is a lot better than any other I have used. So I say do it once, and do it right. I like the fact that you can get any of their LED's with a 5K color. Im not af an of 6k as its too blue. To each of their own though. Let me know if you need anything else bro.. see you in the next meetup hopefully and you can check out some trucks. You just missed our last meetup at K1 Speed.. there should be another soon..

Joining another forum was a good and bad idea lol. I don't know how to use it in moderation, so much reading material. You made my LED decision easier and I have to agree the pure white 5k looks best. Saved me the trial and error. I have the Baja fogs on order as well and now looking forward to installing them after seeing yours.

Tundras.com is bad if you like having $$$$ in your wallet. The wealth of information in here is just crazy.. good luck fighting it off...
Did you go with wide cornering for the BD fogs too? Be careful removing your stock fog surround. Make sure you press the clips from the inside so you don't mess them up. They are too bright.. too bright to use around traffic.. Kinda wish I went with the PROs since I can't use these in traffic anyway. I might upgrade to the pros soon haha.

Right, I've been browsing all day it seems like and I have some many new ideas now...Just need to save some cash now. Little behind on work today now :frusty:

Yes I went with wide cornering as well. Seems like it was the most popular with everyone and read it could be street friendly lol. Thanks for the tip on removing the stock surround. I'm sure you'd have no problem selling your current ones...I would've purchased them myself.

Don't know if u are interested, just thought I'd try and help. Have you ever thought of putting some orange laminix on them. They will match our drl better and also cut down on the brightness. This is something myself I am considering once I buy them.

I thought about it and actually asked Baily over at BD about that but he mentioned I would lose some light output. I'd rather have function over form and since I dont use these lights everyday I'm ok with it being a different color.

YES you do!!!! It's only money =)

Lol the next time I have a deployment I'll have 2 savings accounts! one for my truck and the other my emergency funds. I should be able to save at least $6k for my truck that way. Right now its just small stuff.

That's exactly my point, it might allow you to run them at night by u without blinding others, rather than only being able to use off road.

I’m ok with using the ‘18 leds alone. It’s bright enough. Now if I had stock headlights it might be a different story!

Oh ok. Yeah I was just saying if u felt the sports in amber wide corner were too much on others at night on the street, perhaps that loss of light output might work in your favor to allow u to run on street. That's something I was contemplating myself. I didn't know if pros in Orange laminix would still be too much or if I did have problem running the amber wide cornering pattern in sports that perhaps going with same except go with clear and some orange laminix. I'm thinking not only would they match the best to our stock amber and the matching s8 backlight amber but they would be a little more friendly to oncoming traffic at night. Think I might have to pick Bailey's brain on that 1? I'm also guessing where I live it might not be problem. I'll still have option to turn on or off.
    Decisions decisions?
