What's everyone doing for aftermarket grilles out there??

I'm leaning on a color matched Pro, but have only seen a few other options that really aren't that striking.

Let's see the grilles! Post up some
    pics!

    Edit with grill installed:

I went with DB Customz with color matched "Toyota". Should be here in the next week or so

I love their grill! If you have the time it would be great if you could post up an installation tutorial with pics.

I like this type of grill better than the OEM Toyota TRD PRO, $$$?

Screw the grille man, lets talk about that License Plate... \m/ \m/

I got a custom grille made and it shipped yesterday. As soon as AT&T gets their shit together and lets me post it, it'll post a pic. It was VERY cost effective.

The OEM PRO grill is so popular that I had to go against it. that's like the first mod next to LED interior lights. I try and go against the grain I guess.

Agree that everyone is running it but it's my favorite out there. I just installed the Pro grill about 30 min ago...

My wife actually found it the company. I gave them a call and they said they it was build to order. It was a company in vegas that specializes in dirt bike stuff. I got it at a retarded low price. It's one piece laser cut with stainless rivets, made from 16g steel sheet.

This does not include the grill surround. Just to be clear this is not a simple insert swap like the the OEM Pro grill. The dbcustomz grill will require you to drill the insert into your existing surround.

Look at my posts in the link below and work down to see pics (post 22)

I wish they wouldn't have that big DB logo at the bottom of the grille.

Yeah I see what you're saying... the color matched pro just looks so clean and it had that old school land cruiser Toyota emblem that is sick!

Sorry not worth $700- $800+ for a peice of wire mesh and toyota lettering, especially you still have to Frankenstein it to fit. For that price they better drive to my house and do the install, lol look nice though I'm not going to lie. JMO

Laser cut 14 gauge steel, a little tougher than wire mesh lol. The backlit option is what runs you in the 800+ range and thats a little too fast n furious for me. I paid around 400 for mine after a Labor day discount which isn't too far off from what everyone is paying for the plastic Pro grill. But I hear ya, I would have a hard time paying full price for one of these.

Most of what we do to our truck is for the looks. How much is it worth? Some people spend $$ to cover up their perfectly good chrome bumpers and grille surround, haha.

For me, it was not the price, but having to do the cutting that deterred me (I almost pulled the trigger on Royalty Core). I went with the limited grille (came with the grille surround). I have a strong aversion to cutting up any part of my truck.

Not exactly sure just yet. Hopefully it will be here today or tomorrow so i'll have the weekend to work on it. It comes with all hardware so I'm guessing there will be some modding to the grill surround. But it's pretty badass and should be an awesome little project.

The price was too good for me to just turn away. It was $245 shipped! can't be mad at that at all.

Grill is in and I'm super stoked about it. Great craftsmanship and there was plenty of attention to detail. Extra hardware was sent and the directions are down to the point. Super happy with the purchase.
