2018 OEM LED Headlights

Thanks. I’ve been reading up on the ‘18 Sequoia lights for a bit and didn’t realize you were referencing them. I had a small hope you were referring to a previous year (the kind that didn’t cost $769 / side!)

 

Will there be a sale on these with the upcoming sale season?

 

I can neither confirm nor deny any sale that may or may not be happening around Black Friday at this time.

 

Throw a towel down over the bumper area as you pull the lights out to disc wires and when you reinstall the new ones so you dont scrath up the headlights.

Ok, so i decided to do this install today because I had some free time and I'm stuck. I bought the harness from headlight revolution and the plug doesn't fit any plugs in my current setup. I have 2015 TRD PRO. Any help would be much appreciated. It figures I do this on THanksgiving when they are closed.

 

Just checked their website. You'll need the $10 DRL adapter harness they have listed on the site.

 

DRL is the light strip at the top and bottom of the assembly, correct?

 

The harness you have is for the platinum/1794. You need the extra part as @thomasbus337 said.

Got the lights installed. Absolutely love them. There was a tiny scratch inside the lens, but I wasn't going trough the hassle of shipping them back. I broke a couple plastic fasteners and one clip on my grill I wasn't too happy about. Now I have one issue left. My left light beam is definitely higher than my right. Truck is parked on a slight grade where right light should be touch higher. How do I get them in line? These are the 2019 lights on a 2015 PRO

 

There's a place at the top of the assembly to slip a screwdriver down into and adjust it.
Do NOT put a drill down it. You can easily damage the mechanism.

@Peter0326 and @andymick32 - Do you have any thoughts, concerns, or regrets with the harness you got from Headlight Revolution? Are you worried at all that the DRL are too bright at night without the dimming function? Thank you for your thoughts!

Hello, I just purchased a black 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited and have always owned Toyota vehicles (first truck) I am in love with this truck but not too fond of the headlight set up.

I’ve upgraded all interior and exterior lighting with the exception of the front of the truck.

I’ve read through most of this thread and I definitely will be purchasing these headlights soon. As far as the harnesses is there a particular option people prefer? Do I just need the conversion and DRL harness? (No DRLs on my truck)

I want to be sure I have all my bases covered before I persuade my wife to purchase an early Christmas gift for me lol. This is a great site and I apologize in advance if these questions are redundant.

 

You will need both the DRL harness, and the Conversion harnesses. That'll be a sweet upgrade!
