I'm so mad. It's really my fault because I've honestly never read @shifty` mega thread since I "knew what I was looking for" when buying a FGT. This whole f****** time I've had the RS3200 alarm system. For almost two years I've been walking to the driver door to unlock the truck because I still need to rekey the passenger door. Tried the programming procedure and the damn truck confirms it first try LOL.

Did you think you had the RS3000 or just no keyless entry?
Since my 03 Tundra and 03 Taco have/had the RS3200 I could've told you which one you had if you asked.

No keyless. Didn’t see anything when I looked up the vin on Toyota owners. Was going to put remote start (still might). Just been raw dogging it thinking it was an old truck with no keyless entry. Hell no traction control why would it unlock from a remote right? Lol

I think keyless entry is pretty standard on Toyotas with power locks and windows from at least 2000+

My 99 Taco had the RS3000
You can tell the dealer vs port installed keyless entries, because one (I believe dealer) has a little thing that says security with an LED on the dash

    Weight reduction, mostly rust.
25ish years ago had mobile "StanleySteamer" come clean one room of carpet. Their machine in the drive sent CO up a step, through two rooms, around 2 90deg turns, down a hallway to the back bedroom on the other side of the house where the detector was (near the floor). Currently I have one mounted low in the upstairs hallway, and in the basement by the furnace and water heater @ about 5ft.

My 2000 Limited had no keyless. I added a cheap eBay aftermarket keyless off of eBay. Looks like a knock of AudioVox or something. It’s worked flawlessly for the last 14 years. I paid $12 for it.

Crank windows or power? NVM you said limited.... Limited (options) indeed bwahahaha :p

But seriously... What even makes a limited in 2000, if not keyless entry?
My 06 limited has everything I'm aware of offered on the AC minus leather.

The Limited part added color keyed fender flares. Aaaaaand, wood grain dash? That may be it. Other features were available on other models, or not standard to the limited, like fog lights, leather seats, captains chairs, and power drivers seat, which mine has. Mine also has power windows and locks, the TRD off-road package that came with the 16" starfish and 265/70/16 BF Goodrich Trails. No LSD, No keyless, no climate control (only the sequoia got that), no tow package (I added all of those things). Does have an external transmission cooler. Does not have the cold weather package. Despite buying it as a one owner in California, it doesn't have any special California emissions package on it.

Got my tundie back from the Yodashop today. Ohhhhhh man have I been happy all day. That new(rebuilt) transmission runs like a f-ing champ. Crazy the difference it's made in shifting, even just from P>L. Like BUTTER. It's like I watch the RPMs shoot up to where the she changes gears, then drop down as it shifts and I don't even feel it. The funny thing was when I rolled up this AM to pick it up, they handed me the keys, I turned the ignition over, and it didn't turn on - WHAT??? Dude came out and was messing with it for a half hour out in the cold - and ofcourse, it was the simplest thing. Guy just cleaned the ground contact on my battery and on she went. Running like a champ. Just hoping to get her to 300k with no issues now :)

Nah dude, this is the old YMCA. The city parks department now owns and operates it. It's nice, not as busy as other gyms, and affordable.

My 96 camry has it. That's the earliest instance of it I've seen. 470k still works great, as long as you're less than 6 or so foot away that is.
