x2 agm battery and charging- how often?

    285/75/18 Falken Wildpeak R/T color matched handles and mirrors.
    On the Tacoma they could boost the preset alternator output. I don’t know if it has been done on the 19 and up Tundra yet.

    There are alternator controls in the ECU for the 3rd gen tacoma and apparently the newer tundras are the same way. It’ll be added into vF tuner.

    I bought this charger. Not sure if I paid this much but this is the one I have. It has been solid and comes with a pigtail that stays mounted on the battery.

    Layman terms,why the need for the charger? Was gonna buy a Agm but if it needs charged all the time. I’m gonna pass. Confused on the topic. My truck is stock and no aftermarket stuff.

    AGMs like to be charged at around 14.5 volts. A stock Tundra charges it’s battery around 13.5 volts.

    Just ordered this battery for pickup on Sunday. The guy I spoke to could not confirm if there was a Black Friday discount coming up but he mentioned he can cancel and reorder under new price if there is a sale.

    Got 10% at checkout online. I got plenty of lights and accessories so I wanted to make sure to get a bigger battery.
