Over the years, I've managed to find, download, and stash away a variety of different "complete" (or mostly complete) diagrams for various years of Tundras. Most of it has been a result of me wanting to "upgrade" something on my truck to be like a higher trim level or a newer truck year when I had my 2008 SR5 - things like installing the Optitron gage cluster, doing the Auto AC Climate Control upgrade, or even swapping out my 2008 JBL head unit for one from a 2010 in order to add the BT streaming audio and USB media port. Over time, I've come to get to know how these diagrams work pretty well, and have used the information to troubleshoot or tinker a lot of other things as well.

So, I'd like to share what I have...and offer up a spot for others to add to the list if they have one that fills in the gaps. For these ones that I have, I've gone through them and added bookmarks for individual sections and organized/cleaned them up the best I can. Some are more detailed than others - for example, when I recently pulled down the information for the 2021 (which also includes data for everything 2016+), I decided to pull down every single connector data sheet as well (there are 520+ of them). On the flip side, the 2009 document I have only contains the EWDs arranged alphabetically and does not contain any of the "Location and Routing" information or other supplemental information. The PDFs I have here are not quite as user friendly to use as the live TIS site, but they are as functional as a single PDF file can be without me spending hours trying to actually hyperlink things the way the TIS site does.

It is also helpful to know that certain manuals can be used for previous model years (MY) as long as there were not production changes. For example, the 2015 EWD will fully cover the 2014 MY because there were no production changes between the two years. The 2021 EWD contains all of the information for MY 2016 and newer (I focused on MY 2021, but made sure to include any EWD-specific pages that were for older MY's in the same group), with individual EWDs denoted by references such as "Before Aug 2017 Production" to indicate MY 2017 or older, and "After Aug 2017 Production" to indicate MY 2018 and newer (remember that production for a new model year typically starts around August of the prior calendar year).

So, here is what I have so far:
    • 2021 Tundra EWD - EM27M0U
      • Directly Covers MY 2016-2021
      • Downloaded from TIS directly by me
      • Bookmarked by me (including removal of duplicate diagrams)
      • Separated into sections:
        • Introductory information (Applies to pretty much any EWD after 2006) - 103 pages
        • System Circuits (MY 2016-2017) - 497 pages
        • System Circuits (MY 2018-2021) - 654 pages
        • Location & Routing (MY 2016+) - 118 pages
        • Fuse Lists (MY 2016+) - 37 pages
        • Overall Diagrams (MY 2016+) - 195 pages
        • Connector Data Sheets (each sub-part includes a full index)
          • Connectors starting with numbers 1 through 3 - 56 pages
          • Connectors starting with letters A through I - 361 pages
          • Connectors starting with letters J through OQ - 505 pages
          • Connectors starting with letters P through ZZ, and any lowercase letters - 330 pages
    • 2008 Tundra EWD - EM08H0U
      • Should directly cover MY 2007 and 2008
      • Downloaded from TIS directly by me
      • Bookmarked by me (including removal of duplicate diagrams)
      • Includes System Circuits (grouped by category), Location & Routing, and Fuse Lists
      • 592 pages
    • 2009 Tundra EWD - EM11A0U
      • Should directly cover MY 2007 - 2009
      • Downloaded from a random place on the internet (don't remember where)
      • Bookmarked by original creator
      • Includes only System Circuits (listed alphabetically by first "system")
      • 502 pages
    • 2010 Tundra EWD - EM12D0U
      • Directly covers MY 2010, includes reference info for MY 2007-2009, and should mostly work for MY 2011-2013 (though not guaranteed)
      • Downloaded from TIS directly by me
      • Bookmarked by me (including removal of duplicate diagrams)
      • Includes System Circuits (grouped by category), Location & Routing, and Fuse Lists
      • 639 pages
    • 2015 Tundra EWD - EM26B0U
      • Directly covers MY 2014 and 2015
      • Downloaded from a random place on the internet (don't remember where)
      • Bookmarked by me (including removal of duplicate diagrams)
      • Includes System Circuits (grouped by category), Location & Routing, Fuse Lists, and Overall Diagrams
      • 722 pages
    • 1991 - 2005 Wire Harness Repair Manual - RM1022E
      • Downloaded from a random place on the internet (don't remember where)
      • 418 pages
    • 2007 Wire Harness Repair Manual - RM06H0E
      • Downloaded from a random place on the internet (don't remember where)
      • 459 pages
    • 2005 Tundra Connector Part Numbers
      • Downloaded from a random place on the internet (don't remember where)
      • Appears taken from a 2005 EWD (EW611U)
      • 6 pages

    Some other notes:
These are set up to use the bookmarks feature in most PDF viewers, and I have removed duplicate "source" diagrams where the same diagram is used in several different bookmarks (Cruise Control, Electronically Controlled Transmission, and Engine Control in the 2021 EWD is an example). This reduces file size, but will mean that if you just hit "print" on the whole document you will end up with something that may not be in the same order that as the list in the table of contents.

I would like to invite others to share up any information they might have to fill in the "gaps" (including some love for the Gen 1 owners) - I am more than happy to pull them down, do similar cleanup (if possible/within reason), and get them up here in the first post.

Updated original post with attachments for the 2021 (covers 2016-2021) and the 2009. 2021 has been separated out into sections to work with the file size limits, and I still need to work on getting the full connector data sheets small enough to upload.

OK - 2008 and 2010 up now as well.

And 2015...that's all I've got for EWDs.

All Connector data sheets for 2016-2021 uploaded (had to split into four files).
Also uploaded wire harness repair manuals for 1991-2005, and for 2007.
And I had a Connector Part Numbers document for 2005 (but not the rest of that manual).

I'm going to throw it out there, just as an FYI. These are provided for you to use, troubleshoot, and determine what to do with them to the best of your ability. I can't offer any specific advice or information on how to perform specific mods using these diagrams (and don't want this thread to be used for that). If it isn't already obvious by the fact that there are over 500 pages worth of wiring diagrams for any given model year (and over 500 possible connectors in the 2021 truck depending on trim and cab configuration), these vehicles have complex and inter-dependent wiring systems controlling them in addition to the computers that keep the whole thing functioning. Tapping, cutting, splicing, re-directing, or otherwise tampering with anything that was put there by Toyota in a specific way is entirely your responsibility.

Thanks for putting all of this together! Downloaded all applicable files in case I need them one day :).
