The premium beam quantum when I can get it my backup is the latitude.
I use them on all my cars and put them on my wife's car and she loves them.

Oem all day even though wipers are suggested to be replaced every 6 months

What are the good wiper blades? I have a 2018 CM and my blades are leaving streaks behind.. looking for a good pair and how many inches would be good?

OEM, not cheap but I think toyota has the best blades. But other people have had good luck with other blades.

Best replacements I’ve found is Valeo 26OE for drivers side and 23OE for passengers side. As far as inches, somewhere between 6” and 10” seem to do the trick. I don’t qualify so I wouldn’t know from experience.

Twice I've seen this in this thread, isn't the passenger side a 22" blade and not 23? Does the 23 work?

No, factory blade is 23" but many of the aftermarket suppliers provide a 22" instead. Valeo and Denso are the exceptions that I know of.

22" is fine though. I have used both and can't tell much difference.
