Why no love for Mesquite?

Here’s a quick shot. I’m still putting everything back together. I had to flip one of their brackets for the drivers fog light to line up properly. I’ll post some better pics if the sun comes back out.

I think you might’ve already said it but which company did you go with for the paint? I’m thinking about doing my rear bumper so even if I mess up the part I can sand it easily because of the geometry.

 

I used a local paint shop, Extreme Auto Body (veteran owned). Their work came out great but I do have to have one part of the mustache repainted. The paint did not stick and comes off with painters tape.

And the pictures don't do it justice!! This truck looks even better in person! If you don't see it in the pictures, the TRD Pro Fenders are painted over, but the digital camo design still shows through. It's perfection, as far as I'm concerned. And the CBI bumper with the bull bar is the best looking bumper I've ever seen. It's a shame that they gave you such horrible support. After seeing yours, I'm still tempted as hell to get one now. I appreciate you meeting me today.

Smoked Mesquite is already available for the mustache. All other areas that we'll be doing will ALSO be available in Smoked Mesquite on Day 1.

@Tundra17944Ever which vent visor did you get for your windows? Any increase wind noise or any issue with your tint at the edge of your windows since it is in-channel? Thanks. Truck looks amazing!

 

No increase in wind noise. They are EGR. I only cringe at the sound of sand against the glass when I let the window down. No damage to the tint. Thanks!
