    Damn, I can't imagine having to go through that twice so close to each other, sorry for your loss.

    LOVE the moonroof pic, my Tundra doesn't have one but the puppy loves the rear window going all the way down, she will just sit in the middle with her head resting between the center and outer head rests staring out the back as we drive, it's fun to see peoples reaction to her looking back at them.

    When we lost our first it crushed my wife. Even though we had another she wouldn't even entertain the thought of getting a new dog for ~3yrs. It is so hard when they pass but the joy they bring in the time they are with us is unbeatable.

    My cousin and her boyfriend used to rescue greyhounds. Our grandparents had a large piece of land that we would all go to on weekends and those dogs were so fast. You could tell they were fast on their own but when the other dogs would be running and they would just zoom passed like it was nothing was cool to watch.

    It does, for sure. You're able to look at that other dog and feel ok again, I feel that it helps with thinking of past good times and not just the most recent heartache of the loss.
