Who has the Hirev Sports LED taillights?

Love mine. No complaints.

I swapped my front turn bulbs out to LED’s. No hyperflash because the factory front housing is LED.

 

I need these in my life

 

Do your guy’s lights dance when you hit unlock on the truck? Or start the truck? I was under the impression that’s how they operated. But mine only do that when the headlights actually come on.

 

Mine do an animation when I unlock the truck. I'm not sure actually what they do when I lock it, I need to double check that. They definitely do the animation upon start up. It's a little gimmicky to be honest, but oh well lol.

I do love the side markers on the lights though, that might be my favorite part about these.

 

Just checked mine and when locking the truck the turn signals flash once. Then when unlocking the turn signals flash twice, also there is a startup animation when the lights are first turned on. My tails were purchased two weeks ago, it's possible they have made some operational changes since first available.

No, they’re always sequential.

My question yesterday (EDIT: earlier this morning) was about the animation & when it took place. Mine are when the headlights 1st come on, but @Hugemoose said his do it when he hits unlock.

I want to emphasize that I really do like these lights! My passenger side light had an internal piece break loose unfortunately.

Hirev are moving from Illinois to Texas but I'm sure they will get with me when they get settled.

 

@Occidentalis make sure you contact them about the crack, I’m sure they’ll make good with it

 

I definitely did that before showing off a broken part, ha! I have no doubt they'll take care of it.

 

Well I just placed my order with them for some clear lens. Hopefully yours is just a one off and they take care of you! Keep us updated on warranty/customer support experience on this issue.

2-4 weeks lead time but they quickly agreed to send a replacement for my light at no cost.

 

Are the tail lights on backorder?

 

The company is moving from IL to TX so I assume that has something to do with the situation.

 

And the sudden surge of us all talking about them and ordering I’m sure is giving them a quicker runout

 

The morimoto mockups being released likely drove some demand for the HIREV stuff too.

 

They look so sweet tho…

 

Mine doesn't because I have better things to spend money on rather then something that is not a real improvement over stock.
