I put a 42" behind grille and have a 32" for bumper. I was worried about air flow and cooling with both. I covered up the lower bumper opening on a 95 degree day to test and all was good. Now what I don't know is if the tstat just opened more to compensate. I will probably mount the 32 in bumper opening back a little to allow some air flow around it.

Duel @Caliraisedled light bars. One spot. One combo. Ditch lights as well.

Nice set up. I am thinking of doing the same with the dual light bars. Might be a dumb question... is there a noticeable difference between having two light bars compared to the one?

Yes there is a massive difference. I have both on different switches so I can run one or the other or both whenever. Usually I will turn both on on back country single lane roads or dirt roads at night when coming back from hunting or where there is a possibility of wildlife (deer mainly). I also turn on my ditch lights which I have angled out like they should be and not facing straight and I am pretty sure the space station can see me making turns.

Other times I may just run one. I have both types they offer with the driving combo being on the top and spot being on the bottom.

Also, depending on what grille you go with, the Cali Raised fuel light bar bracket has pre drilled holes for pre set positions. But if you don’t like where the bars are just drill your own holes in the bracket to get them where you want. Just remember to paint the bracket holes to prevent rust.
