Got power back to my bed, 2 switches (only using 1 so far for the interior bed lights, 12VDC, USB charger, and Voltmeter. I plan on putting a dual battery in the future and will switch all this stuff over to it then. For now, the circuit breaker stays off unless I need it.

Now that’s a pain in the butt/ear - dealer run..

How many miles and year on your truck?

Curious, are the brakes the same through out the model range?

Thanks for posting - Glad mine isn’t that bad...

Is it pretty easy to drill through the side of the bed to mount things, like your shovel and axe? Like what you've done there, but nervous to put holes in the bed.

Drill, Yes. Cut, No. I didn't realize the bed is some sort of fiberglass or composite. Drilling holes was easy. Cutting the square out for the switches was hard. I used a vibratory cutter and it chewed off all the teeth. I was getting sparks and smoke while doing it - pretty sure I've got lung cancer now.;)

I did pre-drill all the holes before I put screws in. Or you can use self-taping screws.

Finally got my DD lightbar installed and wired up. The wiring was more straight forward than I was expecting.

I just need to focus it now.

    This thing is very bright!

Do you know how much wider and taller they are compared to the TRD off-road stock flares?

Is there any issue with the Step Board? On Borla’s website it says will not fit with it.

You can try Rado Designs panels. I found that best for mounting tools and propane

So....been a couple months since posting.

I ordered both Diode Dynamics and Baja Designs S2 SAE OEM replacement kits.

BD was backordered so I got the DD ones first...installed extremely happy. BD ones show up and once installed they were extremely lackluster and barely an upgrade over stock. I put the DD ones back on and started the return process for the BD ones. Ideally I wanted the BD ones because they match my other bars but alas I reinstalled the DD ones. The awesome people over at BD offered to provide me a per light paid upgrade (nominal) to the Sport ones. I asked if I could go to Pro and they said sure so I had them upgrade them to the S2 Pro in Amber Wide-Cornering. Since these require so much juice I had to install an additional relay but now that it is done....it is awesomely bright and I have no regrets. I'll try to add a photo from night later but even in the daytime they look sick. Now to sell the DD ones...

I was wondering about your fogs, they were very bright when we met up a few months back.

I would certainly like the DD’s if you are selling them.

I assume they are plug and play based on what you described here. And now relay required?

PM me and we can work something out.
