I inspected all of the rear suspension components, and re-torqued the bolts. I also inspected the exhaust and running gear while it was on the lift, everything looks good with almost 285K.

I installed a red led in the foot area of my truck. Anyone know of anyone swapping the little amber lights under the rear view mirror and the one that shines on the cup holder area on the center console? I would like to swap them for red also...

Why did you mount your sway bar that way? My instructions had me mount the U bolt over the top of the diff with the brackets on the bottom of the diff not on the back like you have. Does this help with handling? It looks like it helps with ground clearance. Just curious?

I had to mount it that way using shorter link rods because I lowered the rear 3.25" by relocating the leaf packs under the axle. The handling and ride are excellent.

Buffed the truck with a wool pad, then followed Back up with a foam pad, wax and sealent. Not bad for 8+ yr old paint

Sooo finally found what looks like a good fit for the center cap. I plan on changing the color scheme, but I want to see how it looks on the truck first.

Thanks, they’re the center caps off of the 2019 TRD Pro...so I kind of want to leave them be

Beautiful. What color powder coat did you use on the wheels. Your original post said bronze. I like the color and was thinking of doing that to my platinum wheels. I always have liked the "black chrome" look. Your wheels have that kind of look. I can't wait to see them on your truck.

Thanks man, color it called “triple bronze.” It has a small amount of metallic flake, so when the sun hits it it shines and looks like a different color. Pretty excited for the new look!

I found a rearward rattle that’s been driving me nuts. Turned out it was both rear quarter panel brackets. The bolts had been broke in two and everything (including mud flaps) were loose as Chevy steering. Found two gross fender rot spots as well. It’s pretty apparent I won’t regret cutting this box to hell as it’s already a rusty pile of garbage haha. :anonymous:

I removed my window vent shades. They were the old outside mounted type, so I wasn’t a fan of how they looked. Plus the drivers door one was flapping in the wind. See ya!

    Thanks,
Tailgate handle color matched? I haven't seen that. Time to use the search feature.

Mounted my fire extinguisher. Needed to use the extra Quickfists for something. So, I figured this would work. Have to trim them down still.
