What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

what did you use for the power source?

 

Order CORSA exhaust for the Tundra, will install sometime later this week. I'm looking forward to hearing that V8!

 

Installed the RCI engine and transmission skid plates along with OVS awning.

 

Post a vid after the install if you can, would love to hear it.

 

Removed my dual TRD exhaust, painted and installed a dealer take-off stock single exhaust with black stainless exhaust tip

Installed ToyoMafia vent ring covers and put LEDs in the brake lights, cargo lights and license plate lights. Thought I got the rear turn signal LEDs that wouldn't need a resistor but I got hyper flashing right away. Will need to find a new set for those.

 

NICE!, wife test drove one in that exact color a week ago (but it had gray interior). How are you liking it so far?

I am not sold on it just yet, we had a Highlander she traded for a freaking Subaru Forester and now wants to buy the Sienna. She makes her own money so she can buy what she wants does not mean I need to like it.

 

New tires for me. I went with Toyo AT3s in the same size (295/70/18). I loved the last set of Toyo's so this was an easy decision. Notes on the past set: Zero flats, Logged 40,000 miles (probably 5,000 off road), minimal noise, and they balance easy.

Honestly, I did what I could to get a Sequoia, but this won out. It had everything the wife and I were looking for. A surprise shipment came in while I was finalizing my deal on a Woodland Edition. This XSE was a couple grand cheaper, in AWD and in the color the wife originally wanted. First new car I bought without a test drive, and I'll be the first to admit that I am completely happy with the purchase thus far.

A lot more tech than I'm used to, but I'm sure the creature comforts will keep the kid happy on long road trips.

Ouch, 330 for a piece of metal. I'm always down to spend money but this was going to be a temp fix until I order the decked system. Maybe I'll keep my bungies for a little longer.

Yes. USB-A and USB-C 3.0 and quickcharge compatible.
Can be direct wire or plugged in. Power from a fused box in the cab wired direct from the battery.

 

This was one of my more questionable purchases. It's just sitting in the garage.

Maybe not an arm or leg, but at least a couple fingers. Unless you're gonna have Toyota put that on for you, then the leg.
