I just installed my new Spyder headlights, TRD Pro Grille and DIY Footwell LED mod. I have to lower my light bar. In a time crunch so I’ll do that later. Next week I’ll finally get around to install my Bumpershellz. Ignore inspection sticker date its COVID season.F4F9C5EB-F49A-4DED-8207-BB9B41BA5C34.jpg

I've had the Tundra 3 months now, and just passed 1,000 miles that I have put on it. Yes, I don't drive much. Don't usually take trips until the summer!

Just ran it through the touchless car wash last night to get the worst of the winter crud off it. Need to re-learn how to hand wash a vehicle once it gets warmer out. Haven't done that since I was a kid!

I have the bulge plasti dipped black for now. I may do a coat of the glossifier ontop to see how it comes out. Most likely I’ll order a painted one.

Interesting Stealership story but one I'm familiar with as this happened to me (at least once) before on my Infiniti.

Took my Tundra in for 10k mile oil change and tire rotation. Note: I had the oil changed at 1k and 5k miles and they covered it under Toyota care but for some reason they made me pay for this one.

I recently curbed my front passenger rim. So when I picked up my truck just now, the curbed rim was in the same position. So I called and said, "the tech didn't rotate the tires and if he told you he rotated the tires, how do I know he actually changed the oil?"

The SA said he would check the video footage. He called me back within 6 minutes (I found it odd he could check video footage that quickly) and said he checked the video and the tech did change the oil but did not rotate the tires.

Now I don't know what to believe. I guess I'll have to start changing my own oil.

Lift kit alone likely won't solve rubbing issues with 35" or 37". You'll probably need a BMC too.

???? Really.... I figured i would go with the 6 inch lift kit. I cant believe adding 6 inches of lift would rub adding 2 inches of rubber. Seems odd

6" might do it. Everyone I know who has done 4" or less can't fit 35" without a BMC.

Just stumbled across this product while doing a web search for a folding step, and it looks to me like a better alternative. For me, anyway.

A year and a half later, how do you like it, Tao?

Or maybe I'll just bungie one of these to the bed rail. Hmm.

Have the SA show you the video. That is the ONLY way to prove that they changed the oil.

I probably laughed at this way harder than I should have. I mean I'm glad you found the root of your issue and can start to get it resolved, but just that image is way too funny to me.
