Well right, it’s going to limit the down travel once it contacts the bump stop when putting weight on the hitch which seems like it would cause a jarring ride?

That makes total sense but I guess I am having a hard time grasping how the ride wouldn’t be much harsher if you have no more travel when under load when goin over rougher roads

New shoes except tpms light on! Had to use the tire shops sensors as I had steelies on before didn’t know there was a difference or I would have been prepared. Hoping I can get them to calibrate by next week :fingerscrossed:A4448CFB-16BB-4E44-9D90-CFF08A161142.jpg

These are the ones I installed on my Tundra. I was debating on the SUMO and Timbren. Went with the Timbren's after a long discussion with a fellow camper who was hauling a 5th Wheel across the country.

Love that color! Wished they offered it back in 2017 on all models and not just the TRD pro.

Yeah the visual helped.....I though they were a solid material with no give and if they don’t bottom out when unloaded then obviously would have no impact at all. Appreciate the info!

Nice looking truck! Since it is black I would recommend following this thread -> https://www.tundras.com/threads/ask-the-detailer.18408/ because War Machine keeps his black truck looking like a damn mirror.

Good thing you posted that in here instead of the first gen area. They get touchy when other generations comment, let alone post pics/vids in their areas. :poking:

Haha honestly I knew what TSS stood for but I didnt have have a clue the rear view mirror was part of the system.. ‍♂️. Figured it was blind spot for the mirrors. Guess there are more features on the rearview then I am using or really need. Lol

FWIW, I got the OEM tailgate lock kit which I imagine is the same install process. I'm not the most mechanically inclined and it only took me like an hour. Super easy install and totally worth it!

Scored a first-gen set of TracRacs with the cantilever. Cantilever on the second gen doesnt line up with the bed racks so had to hunt for the old style. Thanks, Thule. Having them powdercoated black next week.

Have been asking people if they want to see my rack, then disappointing the shit out of them by showing them this photo instead:rofl:

Nice system! I'm torn between that from BDS or doing the Bilstein lesser with 6112s/5160s. It's a really nice stance!

Looks sweet. Think this could be done without having puddle lights? (I didn't watch your video entirely, sorry if you answer it in there)
