I haven't done anything yet, but ordered some parts for my next project.
    - Baja Squadron sport wide cornering lights
    - CarID Fog light housings
    - Alpine HCE1100 backup camera
    -Alpine license plate camera mount
Hopefully start working on this this weekend.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! Respect. I'll 100% think that way too when I'm in a similar boat; for now I'm single and without kids though, so I have more time to do truck stuff.

Looks like an IAC valve is exclusive to the 3.4, whereas the 4.7's is controlled by the ECU. So I won't be taking apart my throttle body after all.

I saw that Starter Electrical Post looked all gnarly from rust. Look into this NoAlox Product. I use it everywhere on battery posts, connectors, and fuses. It has ‘cutters’ in it and the Grease is a protectant. Keeps the corrosion off of things.

No ‘cutters’ in the Vas though. That Inner Conductivity is key.

Every post I've ever made I always remember a keyword that I typed into the post.

That one was "drunk." Using the search function I'll type in my name at the "posted by" section, and then I'll select to only look at the specific thread.

Best thing about JIS screwdrivers is that they work equally well on Phillips screws but Phillips screwdrivers often strip JIS screws. Lots of smaller #1 and #2 JIS screws on Japanese motorcycles seem to be made of soft metal and strip easy. I got myself a set of Vessel screwdrivers many years ago and they're still my "go to" screwdrivers when in the garage. They have a set that look like regular screwdrivers but the have a built in impact driver, they're real nice.

Thank you for your service sir!
Interesting way of searching, but I like it and apparently it works pretty well. I got really used to the 4runner forum search function and haven’t tried enough times on here to master it better, but I think your onto something!

I have very good luck with the search function here using Noah's approach. I did it earlier to dig up those pics of the front diff seal.

The high for today was supposed to be 23°. Turns out it was 43° I think you can figure out how I found out.

I parked a little more off the gravel than normal because we were expecting a delivery that didn't show up today.

Getting really sick of 2wd. Again, could have self rescued with 4wd.
