I just looked at similar truck with the salsa red paint & only 77k on the clock. All the plastics had faded to a paler salsa red - very obvious to my eye. Keep them waxed on your truck. Good luck, it's a beauty.

Can't you whip up a little bracket and set that cam in the top gap in the grille? There appears to be plenty of space from this angle.

PHM, Throw a couple of these bad boys in your hair, then all you need to complete the look is a nighty (or gown) a virgina slim 100 bounicing on your bottom lip while you "yell at the little neighbor fuck" for messing up your yard.

Hey quick question 4.7 guys, when your sitting in park and idling, do you feel your idle at all in your cab? I can feel a couple slight "bumps" in the idle. I'm very used to my v6 camrys super smooth and quiet idle, and my parents 5.3l Silverado it does the same thing. Its like little bumps in the idle. Its not running rough but not exactly as smooth of what id expect out of a japanese v8. Not sure lol. I'm just super particular about shit

What @empty_lord said plus if you've got your AC or defrost on the compressor will cycle and bump up the idle slightly.

Yeah. I’ve noticed this on occasion over the last few years. Its random. The truck is idling at operational temp in park idle and then an occasional infrequent vibration about every 20 seconds rolls through the cab. Its very subtle. The needle on the RPM gauge stays steady during the ‘vibe bump’.

I can feel it better than hear it by putting my hand both on the center console lid or dash.

I may not notice this phenomena for weeks of driving and then one day I notice one day. Drive it and it goes away and may not return for days/weeks. No rhyme or reason.

Vacuumed, and washed the truck today. Looks good!

While the vacuum was out I put it in reverse and the hose up the tailpipe and felt up under the exhaust manifolds. Passenger side was breezy. Drivers side hard to tell. Could smell some of the fresh start exhaust residue coming into the engine bay. Truck was started and turned off real fast to swap it into the carwash side. I could smell that fresh started fume in the bay when the hose was blowing in reverse.

No ticks or exhaust smells in the bay when the engine is running. No weird exhaust sounds, either.

I use shop vacuum on blow to dust my HVAC vents & to 'pre-vacuum' the floors/ clean the headliner. Open all doors & blow out interior. Then vacuum.
Surprised your exhaust worked through muffler & cat's.

I read somebody else here say they did the reverse blow and blew bubbles on the manifold. My hands felt a breeze without bubbles.
