Between the blower and the A/C Compressor. Just behind and below the glove box.

Amazing. If I owned one of those shops, I’d call it Vajayjay Nation.

    Couple of things today.

    1) Aired back up from 35psi to 40psi. Much better. Less jiggles.

    2) Fueled up a full tank of gas and took some measurements from ground to bottom of wheel well.

    A) Drivers side is 1/2” lower on the rears.
    B) Drivers side is 1/4” lower on the fronts.

    3) Should I start a turd gen thread complaining about such issues?

The ‘Throttle Cable Bracket Mod’. Guarantees 7 more horsepower (kidding). Add a zip tie (see pic) in the gap to tighten up the 3/16”+/- free play in the line.

I don't understand why Toyota recommended such low PSI on our trucks. My door jamb says 26F 29R. That's ridiculous. I'll check today and see what Discount Tire filled these up to.

I've been wanting to do the chalk test but I'm too cheap to buy it and none of my friends have kids or I'd just steal a piece.

I’m assuming many of these 3rd Gen guys are on Ritalin or were when they were younger. They talk about how they have OCD and complain about stupid stuff. Yet, when you tell them about how important changing transmission fluids is for a vehicle they all jump together in unison, ‘No earlier than 100k miles and its a waste of money!’

Next thread they’re buying new exhaust at $1500 or new lifts for more $.

Here are some better shots of the new wheels and tires. I went ahead and removed the mudflaps to sand them down.

Rims and Tires were meant to deliver today but only tires came in.

You know how they say "Go big or Go home", probably should have just went home. Will make it work though!

Nice! Did you go 285/75/17? I chickened out and went 285/70 but no regrets yet.

^ yea, went 285/75/17. The offset of the rims are -12 so they will push out quite a bit so I think I should clear UCA/Frame. The front bumper is also getting replaced with bruteforce so I guess my biggest concern is the pinch weld but if it requires cut/weld I'll get it done!

Those wheels are hot. Seeing your score the other day made me start looking for wheels. Not that I need to spend more money while building my suspension, but the pro comp rockwells really did it for me. The silver or bronze wheels are really cool though.

Can't wait to see it. I was torn between your tire size and mine, 295/75r16. So I really wanna see how yours looks. Which wheels did you go with?

Those wheels look killer on anything. My old 4Runner had them, and I wish I would've kept them for the Tundra.

Had the Ray 10’s and 285/75/17 Falkens on my old tundra. Loved that combo, although the falkens were super heavy.
