When I swapped all of my cluster bulbs to LED, it’s screwed with everything. Once I put them back to incandescent, everything worked properly

These are just incandescents. There shouldn’t be a polarity now that I think about it.

The low fuel light isn't just a regular incandescent it's got some witchcraft in it. Not sure if the check engine is the same

Got my check engine light back by using the adjacent bulb but now one of them is out and it’s difficult to tell if the fuel light is working. Ohmmeter jumps all over the place.

Appears these 194s are huge and do not fit the shifter light sockets. Anyone got a breakdown on the different bulbs for the dash console?

Fuel bulb is bigger than check engine bulb. Check engine bulb is bigger than the shifter bulbs. Here’s a comparison of the 194s I bought and the tiny shifter lights which say T80 on the back.

Well swapped my non-existent wiper fluid low sensor light with whatever is between check engine and a/t oil temp lights. My owner’s manual doesn’t seem to tell me. I believe my fuel light is working. I can get a better read on resistance with the bulbs mounted in the console circuit. This thing is finicky.

I'm pretty certain @Tundra2 posted a list of all the bulbs for all the dash positions back when he was doing dad's truck.

    Weight reduction, mostly rust.
EDIT: scratch all this, you are not doing LED, my bad o_O
I kept the low fuel incandescent when I did my LED conversion. I heard it needed the resistance.
Take a super close look at those wires that are supposed to make contact with the traces on the cluster.
I even used a tiny tiny swab of dialectric silicon after cleaning the contact areas
Try a different one, could be a Dud right out of the box?
A couple of them looked like this

Yeah, I don't remember exactly what I did but it's way small to think about filing. Just some cheap LEDs, I def checked the rest of them though. QUOTE is good for life in general, to bad more people don't follow it.

When I pulled out the LED bulbs in mine, I found that the LED bulb contact base had stretched the housing contact points out. I had to take a small flat head and massage the contact points in to get them to make a good contact with the incandescent bulbs. Not sure if that's what is going on, but it was my experience.

That's where the "A/T P" light is. It's a warning light for the 4wd system when your in park instead of neutral switching between 4hi and 4lo.

    Yeah, no tpms for me.

Thanks, @KNABORES. It’s good to know what it’s for since the light appears to have always been out for me.
