It was around $75 and took a while to get here from Down Under. I found a coupon code which helped.

What have I done to my truck lately, you ask? Oh just spent entirely too much for rear brakes... another reminder why I do everything myself.

My window trim is all dried out, hard, and damaged. Swapped the rear trim out the other day. Will swap the front out in a few days when I have time to take the door panels off.

Keep the new stuff 303'd up and it should hang out for a good long time. This stuff is gold in a bottle for sun-exposed rubbers and plastics. It won't restore richness of color, but it'll protect all kinds of stuff from fading, cracking, drying out.

I've oversprayed it on paint on several cars. If it goes on thick, it'll streak, but it wipes clean, washes away with basic car was soap.

Nice, I was just wondering about this myself. The trim around my windows has needed some real TLC for quite some time.

Not hard. For the rears I rolled the windows down, pried the old ones off with my fingers and popped the new ones it.

For the front ones, the top speaker covers have to come off so you can remove the side mirrors. The trim on the front windows runs under the mirrors so they have to be removed. Pull on the top of the speaker covers and they will pivot down towards you. You can do this and leave the door panels on.

Replaced all the hose lines that attach to my evap cannister - thanks CA smog for making me fix something that didn’t need to be fixed(there was a single .000001” crack that wasn’t even leaking). $60 spent and another $60 to spend :D At least it gave me a project to tackle, and the realization of how much stuff I actually set on my bumper - what would I do without you my hefty bumpa <3

Alright, I'm going to try some aftermarket window trim weatherstripping for the sake of the community and my wallet.

I don't blame you one bit! I didn't know aftermarkets were around, and I definitely paid a sickening amount for the weatherstripping. Good to know aftermarket does exist. Post your thoughts after you receive and install them.

They also carry 4 door kit for the DC for a mere $90 but it's backordered until November.
