Heh. Some of them were not that great, though. Saw this on CL yesterday and was interested although price is too damn high.

Except this would look better lol

I still dream of owning a supercharged S-Runner but would settle for a supercharged X-Runner.

That's the problem with knockoffs: They're made to look exactly the same, with inferior components, and no quality control (QC).

Lack of those things is how they can afford to sell it so cheap. You, the consumer, become the tester at that point, and your money is a gamble. The thing is, the lack of control and oversight, you have no way to know what else inside that device may fry other things, and you have nobody to blame after, nobody to go after for damages, because all those stores are fly-by-night. Except yourself, of course, for trying to save a buck.

And the unfortunate thing with scAmazon is, if you buy the actual Diode Dynamics part on there, unless you pick Diode Dynamics as the actual seller (you can typically choose who handles sale/fulfillment), you have no way to know if you're actually getting authentic product.

I wasn't kidding when I said I'd only driven it a couple of times the last several weeks. It's really not getting a ton of use right now. Ever since I got sick, work has encouraged me to stay remote. Fortunate to have a gig that's suited to it.

Man, everyone was doing this back in the late 80's-late 90s

The bi/tri/quad-color yellow/pink/aqua/indigo blend especially. I just remember lots of crap like this. I feel like either the Ford Probe and/or Chevy Beretta (wtf, talk about a car that disappeared...) had similar splash style to the bike at one point.

I crawled underneath to have a look. It seems possible that I could maybe slide the boots back on the rack, but probably easier just to drop the rack with all the anticipated mangling necessary to get the old arms off. So new rack bushings it is! Yay!

What's the consensus...OEM, Energy Suspension, or just some generic aftermarket rubber bushings?

Made a drunk purchase on one of those overpriced frame flushers from Down Under recently.

Went to look for it today and could not find it. Realized that I left it attached to my frame and then drove around like that for a day.:anonymous: It was still there. The magnets work!

Flushed out the last of Arizona today.

I guess. I mainly wanted to see what came out. I have pumped a ton of Fluid Film into the box portion of the frame over the years.

Today is the first time I've used it. Mainly what came out was water :D

I did flush some dirt and debris out but not as much as I was expecting.
