Yup, that looks like mine. OEM is only $325 that's not too bad.

Use the parts system to verify. One of the dealerships they let me pick out was only $234. A couple others were full MSRP. One was around $250. It's weird, some parts they let you order pre-painted to OEM color for an extra hundo or two.

I'll definitely have to look into this, forgot that policies like that existed. It's what I have for my other car, I don't remember it being terribly expensive.

You don't have to get a special policy. I have my truck insured for an extra $8,000 I think. I just had to send in a list of the work I've done to it and pictures. It costs me around $200 year extra but seems like an easy choice.

Was waiting for somebody to mention this, still catching up on this thread. EPS or EPAS is what I have heard it called. I swapped my 67 mustang to it. I went with the Saturn vue steering column for my build. It's basically a non power steering setup on the car with a motor that powers the steering shaft. Just had to weld it into the column. Steering sensitivity can be setup to correlate with speed or you can have a dial and DIY.

Nice way to draw attention to your nipples. Guess that’s one way to protect them from exposure. Is it really an issue though?

Probably not but I was already placing an order so I threw these in. It would have been more helpful had I had these from the start before they got covered in dirt.

Got parts in today. New air filter to be installed, I'm holding the breather and diff/tc washers for later. Both steering shaft seals are 'just in case' Toyota decides to disco parts.

Serra of Decatur may have that asshole Eric Francis working there, but Serra of Birmingham did me right, and got things here lightning fast ... totally different buying experience for me. I'll be shopping there next time I need stuff!

It's not like I'm slandering. He screwed me out of $$. For all we know, with the issues you had, he screwed you over too, only sending part of your order.

That's the version with Skynyrd samples. This is the original version which got pulled due to licensing, but the video poster got the group/song names wrong. I think this version is 100x better. These guys are hilarious. They came out of Houston, and basically were anti-censorship similar to 2 Live Crew, and made music as obnoxious as possible to piss off the likes of Tipper Gore and Barbara Bush. Most of their older music is nothing but farcical rantings where each guy writes lyrics trying to kill the most people in one verse, and in the most bizarre ways possible. But not for everyone. You have to take it for what they were presenting it as: Comedy, which sometimes glorifies hood life/hood culture.

Of course the question is did you clean, grease, then cover? If you cleaned & covered you run the chance of some rust happening under those covers. Something like those covers I like to add some grease, then pop them on to avoid any condensate fighting against my intensions.

Went to change my air filter in the truck only to find it's really damn clean so I'ma run another 6-12 months.

But when I peered over to my PS reservoir, I noticed ... oh damn. I'm below the MIN mark. So I took a sec to Ranger method it and refill to halfway between marks.

I think I'm going to replace my reservoir. Damn thing is yellowed all to hell. Yes, I'm vain. Yes, I know there are some nasty ass chemicals you can use to de-yellow.

At work we have a lot of zerks in air handlers, I went and help these other two guys and was like wtf!!!! Jammed a gun on a huge messy zerk, pumped and ran.
I rag up a new rag for each air handler(usually 8-10 zerks per) whipe each one down prior, pump and then post whipe. I know some of the zerks are probably bad because the ball doesn’t spring back and seal, and I’ll have a little snail trail by the one leaking slightly.

Don't disagree, but seem to recall using salt & icecubes shaken (not stirred) to clean the insides of P.S. tanks.

Oh - while you're changing tanks, I always added a filter on the return line.

Coffee. Works with coffee. Haven't heard that with PS res. But honestly, I've seen prices as low as $65 for a replacement res. Time is money.

The donut cap thingy in the top of the reservoir is a pain in the ass. I couldn't see a way to remove it. Totally unrelated but failed to mention earlier.

Does anyone have thoughts or opinions on the best replacement headlight housings? And Clear marker lights?
I need to replace one stock headlight housing & marker light. I'd like to do clear marker lights & am considering upgrading both headlight housings.

TYC, DEPO, and Eagle Eyes typically put out good quality stuff. You should be fine ordering any of these three brands.

Huh. There's an unusual absence of cartoon images where the character has the fluffy end of the feather duster hanging out their butt. So I guess I'll just leave this comment instead, let your imagination do the leg work.
