Stupid question, did you install these grease fittings on your shackles?

Yes @KNABORES was correct, I was referencing the orientation of the shackle. While I am it, after the install I noticed that the 2nd leaf in my leaf pack was hitting the sides of the shackle at full droop. I am confident everything is installed right. I know a lot of tacoma guys will chop a couple inches off of their the second leaf to prevent the rubbing on the shackle. what do you guys think? Issue or not?
Here is a picture. I didnt take one when it was at full droop which I am kicking myself for right now. I highlighted the offending part of the shackle in red. It's a bad picture but maybe y'all can see what I'm talking about?

Yep, I drilled then tapped the stock shackles. It was easy and I think it will be beneficial.

Anyone know where I can find Toyota Part # 23801-50050 for the fuel line assembly in the engine bay connecting to the fuel rail?

Currently obsolete and I cannot find anyone online carrying it.

I just did a quick search and I'm coming up empty.

I'm wondering if there may be a similar part for another vehicle (sequoia, DC, etc.) with the same size fittings, but maybe a different shape you can work with?

@Mr.bee Do you have a link to that exploded parts diagram? It appears to connect to point #1 as shown on your diagram.

So I 'repaired' my 3k RPM and stalling issue.

For anyone in the future on an 04 fuse EFI NO2 provides power for all 4 oxygen sensor heaters and the MAF. Replaced the fuse and everything went back to normal. Fuse blew from the drivers side rear O2 sensor connector falling out of the retainer and with wire rubbing on the front driveshaft.

Added a few zip ties to keep the harness out of the way and I'll order a new sensor. Bad part is the bungs are trashed so I'll have to have a shop weld new ones on.

I dunno, some of us are just stubborn. I've probably dumped around $10k into mine so far, even with 325k miles on it. That's 4x what I "paid" for it. And I'm about to dump another $2-3k into the audio/electrical upgrades. Between me and my dad, we're the only owners, so it kinda makes sense. But I see where you're coming from with Jack's truck.

We had a bunch in GA, across multiple lots. But then the ones I ended up running out and grabbing for @Tundra2 had issues. One with a bent corner, one with a door check provision torn/bent sheetmetal problem. The "yard" - if you can call it that, it was more like a couple of guys from Ghana in a strip warehouse with partially disassembled parts cars parked everywhere - was pretty much a mess, and dealing with the guys was a pain in the ass.

I do have a couple of JY I like to deal with in town that sometimes get good stuff. But it's not uncommon to wait weeks or months for 1GT parts just because they're usually in great shape down here. I'm setup to receive alerts from the local pull-a-part yards any time a 1GT comes in. I've gotten 1 alert in the last 6 months. Slim pickin's. But I often see parts trucks listed on ATL CL and in many cases, it's from a yard. I'd just tell you: Avoid places in Covington/Lithonia, because much of the stuff I've seen coming out of there is the dudes I got junior's doors at.

I can order a brand new door with holes. But $600 for a door then a ton of money to weld the holes shit isn’t ideal

Damn, that's way down by Tampa. I'd have been a short drive away this month if my parents hadn't moved out of Bradenton. We've got a couple of people down that way, @912 on the left-coast I think, and @Hooptytrix on the right-coast. It's probably sitting right about in the center. I wonder if either are headed up this way? Or maybe they could pack it up and freight it, or better yet, box it and toss it on a Greyhound up? Greyhound is a great way to transport stuff.

I've spent so much money on my truck that I pay extra to my insurance company for additional coverage. I have no issue spending money on these trucks but when we're talking about rust so bad it can't be safety lifted at a shop, I start to reconsider.

It's his choice though. I hate to see any 1st gen sent to the crusher but rust is the devil.

Walked to the local auto mechanic shop. Owner tells me he can put it on a 4 post lift as needed and replace the fuel hard line between the fuel filter and splicing into the exist obsolete line that connects to the fuel rail for $200-$300 using the nylon line and bypassing the existing one. Just a ballpark figure until he takes a closer look next Monday.

Just my luck the local bus service is down for the line I take to work during December (this is why I hate public transportation). I'll be getting a lyft ride to/from work for the remainder of the week.

Rental car is about $250 through Saturday, might be cheaper than Lyft.
