I figure if we get enough of us together we could have our own taco Tuesday! Margs and tasties to go around!

I always got shit for ordering blended margaritas. Love them. And I would point out the extra hydration I was getting.

That website does carry some interesting stuff though. They've got a few coupler brackets that could be useful.

Yea seems low to me also. I think the dyno operator wasn't too sure how to run these trucks. He also guestimated Crank HP at 350 which is based of trophy trucks with 35s he said. Based on that 350 crank number, some calculators say it's closer to 270 WHP, which is closer to my last DynoJet run of 262.

2 runs i believe. Blue is Torque. He did first run to 5400 then 2nd run to 5600. TQ was pretty low also. So I'm really sketch of this run and numbers.

I fixed my Sequoia liftgate window yesterday. When I bought it 2 years ago for $750, I'd push the window down button and nothing happened. Last night I was showing my son so I pushed the button and it rolled down! I did it like 5 times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I'm sure the car behind me was very confused.

(I've reworked the rear liftgate like 5 times for other things like the twice broken latch so I'm sure one of those fixed it, but I never checked again)

Yep, it needed a bunch of stuff though and had 270,000 miles. When I got it it was misfiring, but that was an easy coil fix, the rear suspension was shot, interior was gross, liftgate wouldn't open and paint was bad. I'm actually really amazed after all the neglect how well it runs.

Been a great kid road tripper and camping vehicle, we've taken it all over the place.

Our neighbors have a first gen Sequoia they still use frequently (3 kids). I have my eye on it if he ever gets the itch to sell. I'd definitely need the big D first to orchestrate that. I see them as possibly going with something newer but haven't really asked about potential sentimental attachment. It's in decent shape, minus rips in the leather seats. I think he drives a benz for non-family work related stuff.

Test fit the grill today. Hood wont close all the way with it because the headlight fillers interfere with it. Also couldn't get the grill to sit all the way down, so Id have to bend one of the tabs a little if I wanted to try running it without the bottom filler from the preface lift. I think the hood latch release rod is to long and needs a shorter one.

Still a little torn if I want to buy a lower filler piece and see how it looks with the facelift bumper. Really don't want to switch over to the prefacelift front end really unless I can find all the parts I need painted.

Yeah man, I am still unsure how much I like these. I mean, I like the inner meshy stuff and the general vibe. But the surround is on the large marge side and the anchors aren't the strongest. I could see going back to an OG but I think ideal would be a pro style TOYOTA grille which would be lame in terms of creativity but awesome in terms of just-right-looksness.

The black definitely looks slimmer than my white all fat like a wild turkey.

So let me get this right. On this page of posts, we learned @jImmegart 's rod is too long, @daveeasa needs the big D and likes meshy stuff that's not large marge.

I think I need another drink.

Ya forsure. I really like them for the unique factor, but not sure if Im going to follow through getting the bottom piece. If I had a preface lift Id throw it on in a heartbeat but I would have to change alot to get it nice.

Bottom piece trim is only $40 on ebay so maybe Ill get a cheap one just to see if it looks any good.

Good CC reference, I'm sad Frayne died a few months ago. Guy was a huge inspiration for one of my favorites, Rev. Horton Heat.

Don Julio Anejo is good. Question for you, though. And maybe this is something only the TX guys around here will know about, but you ever had sotol? Think mezcal (legit, not the shit with the worm in it), but with maybe with a hint of grappa and scotch.
