I'd guess I'd need to see a set in person. Maybe I am getting over zealous. Deep end. Ker-sploosh

We are talking about Skid Row cat guards, right? Just checking, I could be popping off. But a an adjustable wrench won't fit in there if that's it. If it could it would be smiles.

However, I have great appreciation for adjustable wrenches and their power. I have one called the lobster.

I accidentally saw a picture of wyatts girlfriend when she she was sunburnt from head to toe. She called herself a lobster. He didn't think it was as funny as I did when he scrolled too far on his camera roll....

Ordered a new front replacement bumper and all associated brackets to return the FGT to its former glory (deer strike). Kit even comes with new fog lights. Son has been driving the truck for the 4x4 since it’s winter (think he’s getting sweet on it). I’ll get the old bumper pulled and the brackets and lights replaced. Parts are starting to trickle in, should have them all by Monday. Ordered from Carparts.com. Listed as powdercoated black, but says painted in some descriptions as well. We’ll see when it gets here.

Rotated the tires today. Checked out the front tires. Wiggle test passes, but if I hand turn the wheel I can hear the pitch of the wheel noise change as it completes a revolution on the right. Noise is fairly constant and sounds normal on the left. Hoping it's just the very early stage of wheel bearing death.

Current mods: AFE Cold air intake, AFE TB Spacer,JBA Long tube headers, DD full cat back race exhaust, pedal commander pedal controller, URD MAF Calibrator tuned by Mike @ Autowave, DD 12 hole 320CC injectors, R9K ECU reflash,Solid Off road mounts. Future upgrades: 4.8 gears and LSD, ,long travel kit.
Finally installed my R&D Pulstar plugs. So far so good. Only 15 mile short trip. No misfires or anything funky. Power and butt Dyno feel the same. Tomorrow will test out any MPG gains or loses. Old plugs looked good for only 5K miles.

Kinda and @NUDRAT pointed out I got the parts description wrong on one so I’m gonna try to edit on mobile like a maniac. Not only am I missing my front-most passenger one, the driver side front-most is pretty rough. But if you need one of my dregs, gimme a shout after you see I replaced mine, you pay the ride and part is yours. You know how I roll.

Looks like she is still leaking. Appreciate you posting all the info, just made an order for all the stuff to do my valve covers. Other than being a little time consuming, seems like an easy job.

Slot off two hours. Take your time. Clean the old FIPG off everywhere, especially at the couple of right-angle spots, remove and clear out the half moons at the back of the head and re-seat, but know your work time with the FIPG may be limited. I dunno if anyone has a good video or write-up here, but I wouldn’t mind seeing it. Passenger side looks like it’ll be much easier than driver side, so I’m doing driver side first and coasting thru the back half of the work.

This post is quite a bit late, but I guess I finally/officially completed recovering my truck with the Katskin seat covers. I had the biggest problem with the center seat/cupholder in the back so I put it off for a couple months. It was a colossal pain in the ass compared to the rest of the truck. The first time around I struggled and ended up ripping the cover in 2 places.

Luckily, @jhuey8947 was extremely helpful and got me a replacement at no cost (hopefully no cost to him). I was really nervous to try again for a while, but finally got tired of having a blank hole in the back seat.

I finally managed to get the new cover on, without any rips or tears. It wasn't the best fit compared to the rest of the truck, but at this point I'm happy with it, and will probably mess with it a bit more after it stretches out a bit. Plus it will spend 98.6% of it's time in the closed position.
