I like them, but shouldn’t they have a radius so the sharp corner isn’t digging into your soft shackles?

Bummer. Glad you got it fixed quicker than when I did all 12 lug studs. Also super thankful you didn't have a blow out at 75mph

    It's good
A radius would be better than the chamfer.

I didn’t see the chamfer option, better than a poke in the eye I guess

If I was using these, I would buy a set of shackles to fit in the hole. While a small chamfer would make pin insertion easier, the pin in the shackle can be chamfered to achieve the same ease of insertion! Since they are removable, you can store them inside the cab so some DICK doesn't rip you off!

@daveeasa If you make one of these bad boys for the late-1GT fog on the stalk crowd, I'm in.
(If not, I'm going to have to take my truck apart and figure out how to do it on my own. #butchery)

I was going to say the same.
Those definitely are made for hard shackles and will cut a soft shackle...if you can even stuff it through that little hole.
Nothing that can't be fixed with a carbide burr on a rotary tool tho. Just have to finish it smooth. No sharps or rough edges.

Damn, you're right. I never thought about that. End of August 2006, that would've put it within the last couple of months of production eh?

Just for S&G, I looked up manuf date of my truck. Order date was July 2006. Apparently it was sent out last week of August. 1st date of use is mid-September 2006.

Yeah, but DCs are barely Tundras. They're like notchback Sequoias.

I have a sequoia stalk but no connectors for it yet. It'll likely be a while. I was planning to go switchpros for my fog lights since switch space is such a premium and I think I want to stuff seat heater switches in (if they fit). Dunno though, I could see doing fog on the stalk if I attempt to do significant stuff with the wheel and the audio buttons.

Y'all just mad you don't have a roll down back window, and that your bed isn't deep enough.

The rolldown window is just another failure point waiting to happen.
The 'shallow' bed is part of why I bought the AC. The dump bed (that doesn't dump) on DCs offers no advantages, adds weight, and upsets the overall proportions of the vehicle.

Definitely jealous of the roll down window. I can't lie. And the Double Cab I test drove was faster than my truck.
