I'm sure it rusted between the bed and the liner, I bought it this way a year ago. Have had a sheet of plywood down for the occasional light hauling I do. Got some generic patch panels shaped similar to the bed floor to weld in.

    Not surprised to hear this.

I get a lot of shit from people about my blown plastic OEM-style bedliner. "It rubs off paint", "Noisy", "Doesn't look as good as Raptor or Line-X", the list goes on. But my reality is, I'll never have to deal with shit like what I'm seeing in your pic, which I've seen plenty before.

Water always finds a way to get under liner unless an unrealistic amount of prep goes into things before liner is applied. Same can be said for powdercoat. People seem to think that shit is invincible, but it's not much different from plastikote in that it just wraps around the metal. Don't finish it correctly at exposed edges and it's only a matter of time before FeO goes to work.

Why? It doesn't seem like a problem with stock fog lights.

As is my style, I'm currently racing the rain to the junk yard. Tundra2 epic stylized. Off and on scattered showers with the occasional thunderstorm. WWND

This will probably be my last post until I get to the yard unless I stop for gas.

If anybody needs anything, let me know soon. They also have at least two sequioas but haven't seen them in person yet.

Can confirm the yellow/amber light makes a huge difference in fog. I live ~1 mile from the river and we get a ton of fog the first 2-4 miles of my morning commute. When I switched to amber (LED) fogs this fall, the difference is pronounced.
My next step is to be able to run the fogs without the headlights.
And then to upgrade my drop-in LED bulbs for full BD Squadrons like @Openbaffle has done.
At some point around the completion of all that, I'll replace my fogged-to-death original headlights that I should have done two years ago.

The ambers also mix with the relatively cool headlights to make a warmer light in fog, for the previously mentioned contrast improvements. Plus the yellow matches my OME shocks, so win/win.

I like this idea. I recently turned on just my parking lights and then hit the fog button hoping that they would come on but they do not. That would look cool too.

The yellow does look neat though.

Speaking of fogs….I didn’t want to spend a lot so these set me back only $75 bucks. Haven’t used them yet. One of the things I like about amber is hopefully people can see ME easier when it’s foggy.

NGL, I've considered just bolting two of these big ol hoes in front of the grille. It's not very subtle, but I reckon it'd be effective AAMF.

Woke up kinda feeling shitty. Left elbow, and bi/tricep sore only on the left arm. Knees feel weak like flu-like activity.

Pops just called saying he's going to go get tested for the BIG C. I was in Walmart getting a case of water and a tire plug kit just incase I needed it when he called. About halfway to the yard, amd dark clouds are moving in.

    Well, WWND...

Run through a drugstore test site, won't cost you anything out of pocket. Better to know than not.

My 63 year old uncle just died of Covid this week but he was pretty unhealthy from what my mom said. Drank too much. My wife just had a client who's 36 year old husband died of Covid.
There is also more of the Flu going around this year unlike last year. Best to get tested either way so you aren't spreading it to other folks unknowlingly.

Pops is positive for the BIG C. Looks like somebody tried to pull this while I was gone. This is how I found it.

Luckily the boot, and the knob are still here. Sprayed Kroll on the rest of the bolts holding the shifter in so I can let it soak while I I on the rear end

If you can convince him, tell him to go get the monoclonal antibody treatment. I can't prove it, but I'm fairly certain it saved my dad from a hospital visit when he got C. He's not very healthy and the shots they gave him seemed to really help. It's important that your dad not wait and try to get them as soon as possible.

@empty_lord I took the four man shifter bolts out, and lifted the plate expecting to see the snap ring. Didn't find it, but found the whole shifter assembly.

Did I just fuck up or can I reinstall this later?
