Keep them chrome. I'm not a fan of spray painting the rims. EVERYONE around here does it. They look bad, lol. I'm going to buff and polish these when my Blue Magic metal polish comes in. Once they're shining I'll just keep up with them. Give me something to do!!!

The rear bumper removed and read for the fab work.

What's the rear diff mod you speak of?

Route the diff breather to the highest position (in the back of driver rear tail light) prevent crossing deep water.

Local Autozone only carry power steering pump hose 11/32" so I used it.

Plasma CNC cut and welded on the flat bar. I still need 1 more piece of the Hilift mount.

Mounted one up this morning. (Came in early to test fit the TPMS sensor) it's bigger now that it's mounted and inflated. May need to trim :D:D:D:D

If we're slow this afternoon I'm going to pull the other three sensors out of my rims, install them and mount them up. Then comes balancing. . . Our balancer is adequate at best.

Noticed I have a leak coming from behind the glove box. Think I found the solution though.

Got them all mounted up. One balanced with very, very little weight. The other three, not so much.

Before and after. She will require more trimming. No worries though!!!

Looks a lot better! Those tires really fill the wheel wells!! How much rubbing do you have?

    295/75r16’s right?

Yes, 295-75-16. Had quite a bit of rubbing front and rear. I was prepared to trim. I cleanly cut the bumper on each side and trimmed the inner fender liner in the front. On the fender there is a section I cut out, cleaaned up and hit with black paint, no rub now. Rides really well. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Here's a before and after pic.

Not that I've noticed. I did run a Spidertax 1.25" spacer on it to clear the upper control arm.

Finally got the bumper painted, and installed my SPC uppers last weekend. Found some motivation after work this past Friday and installed Icon’s 3 pack progressive add a leaf. Didn’t change the lift height, but the ride is quite a bit better. It absorbs bumps and holes, rather than just causing the rear to hop as before.

Cleaned it up and applied some spray wax today... just in time for the rain tonight :annoyed:

Nice work! Did you have a block before the Icon leaf pack? Also, do you have 5100’s in the front or just the rear?

Thank you. The previous owner installed 5100s all around and a Hellwig spring helper kit in the rear w/ a sway bar. I’ve slowly been ridding his work and making it my own. I’d like to get a heavier spring in the front before too long. This is my first experience with 5100s

I assume the highest setting in the front? Are you rubbing the frame with those 285’s?

No rub, though I haven’t had a chance to fully cycle the suspension. Set on the second snap ring clip from the bottom, ~1 of lift or so. Seems like a slight bit more.
