It’s still sitting in the box. I am waiting on my ditch lights and hood bulge lights to show so I don’t have anything to hook up to it yet. It looks like a very simple install though so I don’t anticipate any problems.

Are you planning on hooking the yellow to the transmission or the battery. I’ve seen both so far, straight to the battery is a cool option as the truck doesn’t have to be on to run your lights. Mine is coming this week as well, but my ditches are a few weeks out.

I plan to connect to the battery. My ditches are also a few weeks out.

Just got a shipping notification today, ditches are coming Saturday. Baja quoted 3-4 weeks, only took 2 days to ship! Trigger will be here Thursday, should be able to run the whole setup this weekend

I put in SPOD bantam x with LED panel. I run two lights off other switches...fogs and rear bumper lights. Didn't need the truck bed switch since I have a cap. SPOD runs the rest of my baja design lights.

TundraTool13, when you installed the switch and cut into the leather, was the leather glued down? Thanks

You could get one and swap out the metal around the gearshift. I think there a bit expensive, but it probably work.

I put this in yesterday - very easy to add lights etc. it has bluetooth control and also low voltage mode so the system shuts down when the battery gets down to 11.7 or so

Very slowly, removed the plastic welds underneath, cut the hole, and stretched the leather after inserting the switch block. Then hot glued the stretched panels. I admit took some courage to cut the leather but it turned out great.

I’m not sure what you mean by the plastic welds. Any pics? How is the switch block attached? I’m assuming you hot glued the stretched leather under the switch block?

When you take apart the panel, underneath is a series of plastic welds that will need to be removed before the switch block will fit. Just trial and error until it fits. Use a dremel Front Camera Switch Side Leather Raw.jpg gearshift panel rough.jpg

Did you add the 1794 leather to that sr5 trim panel?
