I have been struggling to figure out my P0415 issue. Right now I’m testing the pumps and they work fine when I jump 12 volts to them... but they won’t come on during cold starts... the power coming out of the plugs is 10.5 volts.... anybody know if that’s correct or what I should check next?

@Mikey02151 They don’t come on under 40-ish degrees Fahrenheit.

That’s why my truck always thinks it’s less than 40-ish degrees during start up. Then I don’t need them (Can’t remember the exact temp).

Edit: Here is a link to the forum threads that will give you options.
    1. Replace all air injection components pumps and valves (Most Expensive)
    2. Hewitt Bypass Kit
    3. DIY bypass (Least Expensive).

Since I’m not getting the code P2440 I am thinking my issue is not the valve component.. I have seen all those forums and I did replace the bank 2 driver which was what tundro007 did to fix his issue (on the p0415 tips thread).

@Mikey02151 According to Toyota... all of the air pump system components need to be changed at the same time. Some people have had luck replacing one portion, but then the rest is there to fail - or may have caused the failure.
