    Thanks. Tell your son thanks for his service for me.:oldglory:I enjoyed Kobe beef. It has a lot a marbling and the texture of a tomato. Melts in your mouth because of the high fat content. It's nice to try it a few times but is it really worth the price? Sure but obviously not very economical. It's like a fine champagne. Wagyu is misunderstood becuse it is a "type"of beef. Not a breed. Kobe is still king ninja of Wagyu if you can get it.

    You guys have lost it if you think wagyu is inferior to a ribeye or strip from a normal cow.... unless you are eating absolute top shelf premier ribeyes or strips.

    I just got done reverse searing a wagyu tri tip for dinner tonight and it was as close to a mouthgasm as you can have with food.
