Nice, I wonder if I could just daisy chain them off the footwell lights. It looks like they have the same connections.

Edit: I just realized that I could only do one puddle light daisy chaining off the footwells. There is no power output, only input.

@thomasbus337 Did you already have the puddle lights and are using these as replacements, or did you cut a hole in the bottom of the mirror for these? I looked on mine and I do not have the lights but there is a circle where it seems like they would be installed by the factory.

Anyone use the parking lights led Amber and white bulb. The 40$ one? The other one comes it to like 180$ per light bulb. No way

Does each puddle light come with a 6-foot extension? The description makes it sound like it only comes with 1 extension.

There is no existing wiring in the door panels for models that didn't come with oem puddle lamps.

I didn't have puddle lights to start with, so I cut the hole and mounted them in.

They make me smile every time I approach the truck at night

I attached a guide on installing the OEM Bed Lights. It shows how to tap into the cargo light circuit. I will be getting some posi-taps to install the puddle lights following these directions.

Red just in case you wanted to see. Need to tuck the wire still but loving this add on. The gf got in an accident and the interior leds are brutal on her so we live on just those reds in the footwell now. Lovin’ it!

You replaced all of your lights right? Are there any you would say “leave that to the professionals?” I’m pretty handy in non truck related stuff but some of this is new to me. Thanks!

I've only replaced my interior lights. None of the interior lights are hard. You basically pull out the old bulb and put in the new one. This is the video I watched before my bulbs came in. This will show you how to take all the diffusers off.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT8ZYEF4NDo

The footwell lights aren't hard either. A matter of routing your wires and finding a place to stick the LED bars.

EDIT: I just used a small flat head screwdriver to pry the diffusers off.

It took about 45 minutes for me to install all my interior lights and that's including the front/rear footwells. If you have any questions, just message me.

Have y’all replaced the license plate lights yet? Not the LPR, the two flanking the license plate? How do you get to those to remove the bulb?

Well, that looks easy enough. I hadn’t had time to look at whether you pop out the lense cover or approach from behind the bumper. Thanks.

@Yoder18 @VTYOTA Any suggestions on where to install the foot well lights? This is the only thing I have not installed yet and I am trying to find the best location to stick them to.

Here are pics of where I installed mine. I might try and clean it up but it’s out of the way right now. Having a bit of trouble with the driver side sticking and I even cleaned the area w brake cleaner lol. But I’m super happy w the way it looks. D8C4BCE4-FEF7-402D-BADE-968C65570507.jpg

@Yoder18 's photos are better than mine, but here you go. The driver's side appear to be in the same position, but I have my passenger side further back. I couldn't get photos of the rear footwells. A little too tight. I still have to zip tie everything.

Anyone know which wires to splice with low voltage resister for daytime running lights switchback ?
