Heads up for anyone that's been looking. Apparently, VLEDs is running a winter sale. 15% off with code WM15.
I've been eyeing the LPR light and debating the Micro-Evolution headlight bulbs (at least until I convince myself to spend the money on the '19 Pro headlights).

I wish they had a kit that encompassed all the interior lights. I have no idea what to order lol

Thanks for the heads-up. I have their third brake light and it is amazingly bright. I just ordered the license plate lights with this code.

What are the license plate light part numbers? I want to make my backup lights brighter is this the best route?

    Nice!!

I just modeled my bulb needs after 2018 Tundra's. Once you enter in the Year/Make/Model you can search by application (which part are you looking to upgrade) and just add them to your cart. Very helpful

Here is a link to all the LEDs bulbs specifically for the Tundra.

    https://www.vleds.com/vehicle-specific/toyota/tundra.html

I think I have everything for the interior added to my cart (including license plate LEDs).
License Plate - 2x White Long Life Low Profile 1 LED 194 [Part #: 194_1_LL-C]
Vanity Lights - 4x Vanity Sun Visor Mirror 6 LED Light Bulb [Part #: VANITY_6-C]
    Front/Dome - 4x White Long Life 360 14 LED 194 [Part #: 194_14_LL-C] (There is also a 26 LED option)

Front Footwell - 1x Toyota Tundra Front Footwell LED Light Kit [Part #: TUNDRA_FWK_FRONT]
Rear Footwell - 1x Toyota Tundra Rear Footwell LED Light Kit [Part #: TUNDRA_FWK_REAR]

Total w/ Shipping and Discount: $129.10

The part number for the license plate lights:
License Plate - 2x White Long Life Low Profile 1 LED 194 [Part #: 194_1_LL-C]

To make your backup lights brighter, you would probably want to change your reverse lights in your taillight. These are the two options:

I was loosely basing the bulbs on Headlight Revolutions Tundra interior light kit. Their kit has the vanity bulbs as a separate option and only includes 1 bulb for the front driver footwell. I wanted footwell lights for the whole front and rear. Now I have to decide whether I want 5000k or 5500k...

Leaning towards 5500k since the cargo bulbs only come in 5500k.

I am planning to order the LPR and the reverse lights/License plate bulbs in 5500k to match.
Debating whether or not to do the footwell kits, and thinking blue for those... Maybe?

Well, I put another big ass order with them and finished up all my lights with them. I placed my first order with their New Year discount code. So this time around I got the Triton tail lights which sky rocketed my shopping cart. I originally was going to replace the footwell bulb, but saw that their footwell kit simply plugs into the footwell socket and voila footwell led's. So I went with those in blue. Would have got green if they had it, but blue works too!

Ordered at 12:15 PM and already shipped at 1:30 PM. Alright! Hopefully they are in before the weekend. Now off to read some threads about routing the rear footwell lights...

Received my lights yesterday and I installed them last night! I was hesitant to spend the money on interior lights, but these are fantastic. The footwell lights were easier to install than expected. VLEDs changed the DUO connectors to a pin-and-socket type connector which made connecting everything easy and securely. I was worried about the connectors since most of the tutorials I found were using/complaining about how bad the DUO connections were. Routing the rear footwell lights was also easy and straightforward.

    Thanks for the link VT!
I just ordered some too. Interesting that I could use my Amazon account for checkout. So VLED is on amazon, and they appear similar in price with the 15% Off (vs Prime). I could not find their footwell kit on amazon.
I went with 6k for interior and 5k for vanity mirrors. I was tempted to do the blue for footwells, would have matched the Exterior paint...perhaps in the future.
    Can’t wait to add these.

No problem! When I checked Amazon, it looked like their normal pricing. You will not regret your purchase. These are super bright. I ordered directly off the VLED site and received my lights in two days. So I wonder if they ship directly from an Amazon warehouse.

Well... I finally pulled the trigger to upgrade all of the interior, license plate, reverse, cargo and 3rd brake lights with VLED. It was still expensive with the discount but everything I have read said VLEDs was the way to go. Any tips for the install would be much appreciated.

@MikeyLocks 26 LED 194's are going to be super bright. I opted for the 14 LED 194's and found them to be plenty bright. Bright enough that for a split second I had second thoughts on installing the rear footwell lights (bright enough to not need the rear footwell). I ended up installing the rears and they looked awesome so no regrets here.

After doing the interior, I am really tempted to go ahead and get the exterior lights done.

TIP #1: Use the tape trick to remove the old front/dome bulbs. Much easier than trying to pull out with your fingers. Basically, take a 2"-3" piece of packaging tape and wrap it around the old bulb. Then just pull the bulb out by pulling on the tape.

TIP #2: I couldn't remove original footwell bulb with my fingers or using the tape trick (skinny bulb + regular man fingers = no success). I took a pair of pliers and pulled it out. Just make sure you are applying light pressure as to not break the bulb.

TIP #3: For the front footwell install, just fish the wire through with a wire coat hanger. If you have never looked under the dash, it is very obvious where you will need to fish the wire through. You will see an empty "cavity/hole" right behind the console and in front of the firewall.

I was able to install all my lights in about 45 minutes. Then I sat in truck for an hour messing with the head unit (just bought my Tundra on Feb 13th).

Thanks! I've never paid attention to the driver's side footwell light before. I guess it wasn't bright enough to notice. Are the footwells on all the time, or just when door is open?

Yeah, it is dim with the stock bulb. The footwell only comes on when any door is opened or when you unlock the truck.

You won’t be disappointed. They are great quality. I went cheapo route on my taco and suffered thru. It was very costly for all the lights as well and I went with tritons in the front and rear. Ugh my wallet. But no regrets and glad I did.

@VTYOTA i got blue foot wells too. It all came in a couple days ago as well but it’s been incessantly raining for weeks and been busy. Will put them on this weekend tho!

    @VTOYTA
your right. After seeing your pictures it will be interesting to see how bright everything is. I didn't get the rear foot well light, figured I could always add them later if what I got wasn't enough. I have to give props to VLEDS they shipped my order within an hour of it being places and upgraded me to free 2 day shipping.

I finally did my interior lights (except for footwell lights).
Front dome lights were the toughest to pull (even with tape), result is a
    Night & Day difference.

Wait till you try to pull the footwell bulb...

Been loving mine so far. Sometimes I just unlock my car at night and watch them turn on.

Makes me wonder why TOYOTA doesn’t just go LED for interior bulbs.
I would have thought when they offered LED headlights, they would have followed for the interior lighting.
LEDs use less current, don’t heat up and last longer than halogen bulbs, correct?
Cost is a bit more, but not much ($100?).

It’s all about the dollar bills. $100 each vehicle sold at over 10 million cars sold each year is a lot of money.
