I cannot comment for the unexplainable. But here is what I will say as far as oil changes go. It is pretty stupid proof and is simpler than the factory skid plate is.

I have had that "free" oil change deal on several Toyotas, I used it once. It was more of a hassle taking it, waiting for it and getting it back than changing my own oil. Plus I was worried they would mess something up.

    FYI

Thanks very much. ToP is a good shop, even if they've not been perfect, so hopefully I won't have a bad experience with it. I'll get it ordered tomorrow if I'm not too busy at work.

@e30cabrio - - I called them knuckleheads in full jest, but yeah - I've had Toyota Service experiences that were less than perfect. I'm pulling to the right a tad right now, after only highway driving, after having them adjust my alignment only 400 miles ago, so I think this is that. Social media being what it is, though, I'd expect they'll be at least somewhat moved to fix imperfect experiences... Maybe.

Mizzen, main, and fore ordered. Got a pass from the wife for the purchase without even having to ask. Visited her fam in Acadiana over the weekend, and her dad started the convo 'Have you heard about all the Tundra's getting their catalytic converters stolen?'...

Hi. I'm having trouble getting to your website, is there an issue there? Does anyone have pictures of the front skid from the front of the truck, not from underneath. I was leaning a different way, but was pointed to you by another member and I'm really impressed. Thanks in advance.

@rrrobot the link to the website is in the first post. I just opened it before typing this and had no issues. Can't help you with your other question about the skid plate

Hi Tyler... I'm ready to purchase the front and rear Cat Shields. I've sent you a message via your webpage asking exactly what I need for my 21 DC Tundra 4x4 (my avatar is the truck it's for). Can you respond to my email and update me with what I need to get this started. Thanks. -Mike

Hi Tyler, left a post on the profile page but figured do it here.
Just got the new 2021 Tundra CrewMax short bed, and with all the hell cats getting stolen in broad daylight, I am not gonna take a chance on it.
Can you quote me for a local pickup for front and back cat 1/4 aluminum, and possibly skid plate, too?
Hope I am not too far from you, since your profile states Cypress.
    Thanks! - Ian

Thanks @Classy63 for the product. Finally got mine installed with @Squatting Pigeon helping. No rattle and now a lot of piece of mind. With as much trouble as we had tightening the hardware using the tools in my garage, I don't see the average thief having luck without someone noticing.

Skid plate is being changed next week and then some blue will be added to all 3 plates.

Crap. I always kinda wondered...what's the big deal? Part of the exhaust is missing, just drive it to a shop. That's crazy. Thanks a lot for posting this.

Hi all, I have another question. Can you have a steel skid plate and also aluminum shields? I was under the impression that you can't have 2 different types of metal touching. If you get bare steel everything, do you need to put some kind of protectant/paint/etc on it? I hope these aren't dumb questions. Just doing a little research before pulling the trigger. TIA.
