If she was trying to pose as a vendor, then the post was removed and she could have been banned as well. It happened to a member just a few weeks ago that tried to advertise a plate.

Does not fit w RCI front skid. If you did get it to fit you’re either an alien or didn’t use carriage bolts and you have a bolt sticking out which defeats the whole
Point of a skid plate. Bummer. Was hoping it would fit.

Then many of us are Aliens! It works with the RCI front skid. It’s not easy, but it’s possible.

#47 didn’t help much for post #48 stated:

“Just measured the plates I got back from powder coat tonight, it will fit an RCI bolt pattern like a glove”

So now I’m really confused. I’ve read 3 different responses. Does it fit like a glove, does not fit with RCI, or just difficult?

Post #56 suggests that you may need to drill holes for the RCI skid. All I'm doing is searching this thread. Not gonna chime in any more.

no holes need to be drilled. Unless you just loosen the fronts enough to slide in and then bolt the back up. Unless I'm being dense, I found no way to tighten the fronts back up. and wasn't okay with it just being snug.

Are you referring to the front bolts of Tyler’s plate which are the rear of the RCI skid? I’m not understanding which bolts you had trouble tightening.

Zero drilling, zero modification. RCI front plate fits like a glove. E60E935C-B5A4-428A-BA1E-5C61AC99B7A0.jpg Can’t be any easier to mate up or easily explained. If you can’t figure this out you probably shouldn’t be turning a wrench on your truck. Take it to someone who will gladly take your money.

Help me understand how you got the front two carriage bolts tightened up? There is no way to get a wrench in there. Or did you just slide em on in and are ok with that? From the Looks of it you were not able to tighten the front end. If you’re gonna show a hack job. Own it.
