    I need to give James a big thank you & shout out. My purchase was stolen after being left by FedEx at my door although I have a standing request they not do that but place my deliveries over a secure fence.

    FedEx refused to do anything, just said we delivered it suck it up. James spoke to them, I spoke to them including complaining to their corporate office to no avail. (I just gave up after my 5th call) James refunded the money. He is a super stand up guy and I needed to say so.

    I will be buying from him again (with signature confirmation needed requested) and suggest you all do too!

    Sorry to hear that your stuff got jacked. Not many folks would have done for what James did. I will be ordering my JL door speakers from him here in about 2 months.
    May need to start requesting signature delivery, just so nothing happens.

    That's amazing! Honestly, I'm a real nice guy with my business and in most cases willing to give a lot to keep people happy but I'm not sure I would've done that. James has been incredibly helpful and a gentleman in all of my dealings with him.

    FWIW...he must have shipped my stuff after this because it was signature required.

    Hey fellas, I have what may be a dumb question. I have a 2020 platinum and I want to upgrade the sub with an amp also. Can I install a line out converter onto the wire going to the sub? Or do I have to come off of the jbl amp? Thanks.
