    To me, door speakers are primary. Now with the sub in, we need true speakers to help make it sound even cleaner.

    Definitely man. Get in touch with James. These speakers will get you off to a good start, then it's a matter of what amp and sub to get. Mono block or 5 channel is the decision, oh and what head unit to get lol. I really dont think you'll find much better of a deal now that I see his kits and prices on his website. Your pro is gonna be bad ass sounding. Hopefully we can get together some day. I have a nice dirty deeds 6" exhaust calling your name. I know you tow alot, but if you also like bad ass exhaust, hit me up.

    These door and dash speakers should work fine for non JBL trucks and will only sound better when you get your new head unit. You might need to buy one extra harness for the dash speaker you will want to make sure you mention this to James when you email him.

    If he would sale the 3 dash speakers at a discounted price I would be in. I already have a full system and have those disconnected but I’m sure it won’t hurt if I add them and get more highs going on.

    Did you notice a big difference when you unplugged your dash speakers? I unplugged my center channel and could barely tell.

A few members that purchased his sub and box thru the first group buy had damaged packages/subs courtesy of UPS, James replaced those subs free of charge, free shipping, on his dime before even starting a claim with UPS.     My question is with the speaker impedance, the Uno's are 4 ohm, I thought the factory speakers are 2 ohm, so you'll be loosing half power from the factory amp? So are they a upgrade or is reducing available power make them sound "good"

    If I get the 3 dash speakers now but later on pull my factory amp and replace with the DSR1 and a 5 channel amp, does that mean I just wasted the money buying the dash speakers since the new amp won’t have an output for them? Guess you could use the same amp output for door components and dash tweeters??
