Exactly. The bed appears to be actually twisted; OK at the cab, tilted at the tailgate.

Edit: If the suspension and frame check out, it might be worth checking if there are shims under the right rear corner of the bed. It's like someone removed the bed, and forgot to re-install shims at the right rear corner. (I'm assuming the beds have shims to compensate for frame errors...haven't gotten under to check out.)

Oh and did I mention, when I dropped my truck off at the dealership for them to try and repair it. They blessed me with a loner. A 2014 Nissan Mariano. It smelled like a dog in heat, the transmission had a whine out this world it was wrecked on the driver side back panel, and the radio wouldn’t pick up not one station. Good thing though, it had push start so I could leave it running while locked when I stopped for coffee. I didn’t lock it thought.

That’s exactly what it is. I can’t get my fingers in the right side of the bumper.

Sounds like (according to the video) 2014 was a bad year for the alignment of the bumper. who knows?

You have more than just a bumper alignment issue. That whole side is sagging. Both rear tires are the same size right?

So I look under the carriage and I didn’t see any appearent issues with the springs, frame being buckled, freak wields or anything. So I measured middle of rim to fender all the way around
    Front (R) 21 Front (L) 21
    Rear (R) 23 Rear (L) 24
    Definitely the bed.

Good info. Confirms it's a problem. I would measure ground to the frame on each side, in same location, directly over the rear axle.

Tires are the same make and size.
The left has 30lbs of pressure
The right has 41lbs (problem side)
I’m sure Jim Taylor for did that to see if that would rectify the situation.
I guess my next move is to take it to the local Toyota dealership to get an opinion. And here where I live, good service is surly not a virtue. A Technician is just a fancy word for saying I studied at a local vo-technical institution for 2 weeks so I can hook up a machine charge $100 for a diagnosis just to tell you We Can’t Locate The Problem.

Do this and eliminate possibility of broken leaf or spring sag on right side.

Sure, but I'm thinking go to a Yota dealership if you have one nearby. Tell them who you bought your Tunny from and show them the sag problem and ask if they can determine the cause and what remedies you might have including dealing with the folks you bought it from.

Well just left Toyota and they said there’s nothing they can do I need to take it to a body shop or something, they don’t have the capabilities to even start a conversation about the “tundra lean.” So I guess it’s on to the next.

I was just going to recommend a LEGIT body shop with a frame machine. Pay them for a 4 Wheel alignment. This is money well spent to preserve the tires anyway. Remember that these guys fix frames for a living. They will find it. Have them do a full write up for the Stealership that sold you the truck. Let them know your attorney buddy has the original and they received a copy. If this doesn't work then just buy two bags of play sand and keep them on the driver's side LOL.

If I remember correctly, you bought this from a dealer. You are an honest customer who went into this dealership expecting an honest transaction. Unless you made an “as-is” transaction, IMO The seller is the one who should be scrambling and doing all the work in order to make this right.

I agree return the truck or demand them to fix it. You were sold a defective truck. It's going to drive you mad everytime you look at it. It would me. Let us know the outcome.

You have done your due diligence here on the site and with the dealership. Literally put the ball (truck) back in his court. Every moment you wait takes away leverage and makes him think that he can make you go away. I agree with above. This will leave a sour memory and every time something happens with this truck, you will remember. Psychologically, at some point, every deal has it’s breaking point; when walking away actually feels better than the deal.
