Get another row or two of tape on that inner fender to cover the turbine housing footprint. Looking good, though!!

What about the rear o2 sensors? Is there an extension harness or something to connect those up?

    Also,

    Tape that fender. :)

Rear O2s fit. The drivers side bracket gets bent down a bit (harness may also get clipped on the backside of the bracket) to get enough slack to cross under the transmission. You'll see what I mean. No extension harness.

Oh no!!! Did it not get out in the instructions? You need to pull the MAF wires out of the engine harness, back to about the rear coil, and then re tape the harness that runs along the block. That opens up the slack required to get to the new MAF location Not hard, but OMG I hope it was in the instructions. I was upset when I needed to cut that tape open.

That sucks about the tape needing to get cut back, but that's what you need to do for the MAF part of that, then rewrap/close the cut.

Those Snow parts are the 1-way check valve for the water/meth system. Goes inline before the nozzle, arrow towards the nozzle.

IIRC, you can see the MAF offshoot behind the rubber line. That's how far back it needs to go.

It wasn’t bad. Cut about 4” back and that was enough.

I’ve hit a stopping point for the day. Been cranking non stop since 930 with no food or breaks. Oops. I’m also out of vac line and need a bolt and two nuts for the drilled out exhaust manifold and to replace another nut that was threading iffy.

But it’s 99.5% done. Grab the hardware and finish that up quick tomorrow.

Roughly 21ish. You could knock two off due to the bolt but I counted it. I’ve still gotta do the map, boost sensor, blow off valve, and meth vac lines. Load the tune, prime the oil system, and see what happens.

Oh and of course I dropped one of the springs for the turbo blanket in to the abyss of the truck so awesome.

What’s this pipe and should there be a hose coming off the blow off valve discharge port?

That is the recirculation pipe if you plan to send the waste gate through the exhaust.

Blow off valve does not require a pipe coming off of it. That's totally optional. Just turn it so it is facing downwards to avoid any dust or water to accumulate.

Edit: there will be a vacuum line coming off the top/back of the blow off valve.

That’s what I suspected. Guess this is the part you hand to the exhaust shop and say “make this work?”

Yes. I believe it is still meant to be a slip joint into the down pipe #2, but may need the WG flange welded on.

Once my body recovers from this ordeal, I may try and weld it up. Gonna irritate Jesse doing it with flux core wire and messing up his pretty stainless but I don’t think he’ll make me return the system over it.

I am in the same boat. But in my case I have to mod the whole crossover pipe to make it fit. I am planing to use SS flux core wire too but to be honest this is the first time I am going to try it. Let's see. Upgraded my welding machine recently from Craftman 90 amp. to Lincoln Elec. 140amp.

I’m running a Hobart 140. Thing makes my previous Lincoln 90 look like a soldering iron. Used it on level 4 today on the stud and had the stud sparking it was so white hot. Not that it made a damn bit of difference trying to extract the stupid thing but it gets hot quick.

Yes I did. Haven't loaded it yet.

I gotta say, the kit fits fantastic. Aside from needing to move things farther out of the way than I had them moved, everything drops right in and fits together great. I did have to struggle a bit to get the up-pipe to the crossover pipe put together but that's to be expected. I don't see how in the world anyone could do this with the trans cooler lines in place. Those things would have caused a HUGE pain in the rear trying to snake everything and get stuff tightened. Y'all did a good job cramming 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag.
