    Welcome aboard.

As you can see, the site is so boring that every thread gets derailed in a matter of minutes, because of what you said. There's no problems with the Tundras like the Fords have. So it's like a bunch of Ritalin fueled preschoolers around here. Attention span of... LOOK A SQUIRREL!

It also leads to the "Fastest color" topic. White being the fastest color, obviously, but everyone else has to chime in and say their (insert color choice) Tundra is faster.

White has slow twitch combustion issues. Probably an overheating tranny as well if it’s a new new. I heard @War Machine was the fastest. Rub and all.

I feel you there. My 2019 f350 almost made it 16k miles before its 3rd check engine light just yesterday.

We are all-in Toyota fans now too and I came from 35+ years of driving Chevys.

Wife has a 2016 4Runner we bought new.
    Daughter has a 2019 Camry
I just bought my 2020 Tundra in July.

You may be right about the 1st gen, I had a 2002 I beat the absolute piss out of. I had to replace the left rear axle seal x2. The 4 wheel drive had stopped working just before it was totaled at about 167k, probably because I had been living in Chattanooga for 2 years and never exercised it like you’re supposed to. Other than that it was perfect mechanically. Fantastic truck.

I had a couple of 5th gen 4 runners and was on t4r for many years as a daily check in.

It is a very active forum with folks who really run their rigs hard.

it is amazing to me how you consistently Can go 3-4 PAGES of threads before you see a legit mechanical or electrical problem.

In 6 years of daily browsing I saw one total lemon law case on a trd pro . Toyota gave the person a whole new trd pro.

    tundras.com is fairly similar.

right now we are busy choking each other over trans temps. Not failures. Temps.

you don’t see this on other forums —even Honda or Nissan.

I wouldn't group Nissan with Toyota and Honda any more. They've been owned by Peugeot too long.

Same. Previous F150Forum member here as well; and what strikes me - aside from the huge lack of "_____ on my truck broke" - is the fact that HERE you can actually find solutions. I owned my 2013 F150 for 7 years, and the ENTIRE time I had an issue with my driver's side rear door (I had a SuperCab). It kept unlatching below freezing....and both Ford and every forum I found essentially said "Meh....dunno, maybe buy a Crew Cab next time."

Well, I did....just not a Ford. LOL Truthfully, the truck was pretty reliable, but a BUNCH of small stuff on it started to go bad, and half of it never had any fix....which made me wonder WTH would happen if any BIG stuff broke.

If you say so. The conversation was about a guy at work who’s giving her shit. Don’t know why she felt she needed to say this:

I agree with OP. I’ve been a member of the lexus forum for years and it’s waaaay more informative. Constant DIY videos posted as well as a thriving marketplace. I expected this forum to be much more active but it’s still decent
