I sold an F250 6.7L diesel prior to buying the Tundra. Truth be told the only time I liked the F250 was when towing, other than that it was a rough riding, straight axle bear of a TRUCK. Resale value was crazy. Sold for $3k less than I paid after 2.5 years of ownership in two days. The F250 forum had a lot of interesting problems. Transmission failures, sunroof won't close, upper oil pan leak, tailgates popping open, noises, creaks, rattles, panel misalignment, chipped wheels, lemon law, $10K high pressure fuel pump failures. This forum doesn't have any of that, just casual conversations, lol. I love my new Tundra, it ride and tracks flawlessly, I intentionally hit bumps just because there are no squeaks or rattles. Classic Toyota just like my wife 4Runner. Only dislikes is Limited doesn't come with programmable seats and tail gate is very light duty.

Our biggest issue here is rub. That sentence is designed to go in many directions.

Did you hear that sound? It’s the derailment train.

    Woot woot.

I hear you. I used to be a member of the F150 forum when I owned one. It was a non-stop diatribe of "this broke, how do I fix it" followed by "Ford isn't honoring the warranty because apparently this is normal". Oh! Don't forget the dogpiling and insults when someone has the gall to wonder why a $30K+ truck has so many issues. Just toxic all around.

Tundras is great. It's one big family and our trucks break so rarely, we have to spend our time convincing each other to spend money on mods that may or may not be needed. Either that or we derail threads big time. Speaking of which, watch out for @War Machine. He's really my dad but refuses to admit it. We're like Tundras' running domestic dispute...

That’s actually the only good side of this whole thing. They’re all free in Canada.

Drama is the right word for it. I don't know of anyone with a FAILURE, just higher temps than we're used to seeing.
