    Ok...so are we staying scattered around Colorado or are we going to find a place that has cabins to rent, places for tent camping....what are we doing?

    Looks like we have 2 months narrowed down. So revote with those, then let's go on to figuring out what we are doing and where.

    I have a location that can hold a lot of people, cabins, campers, tents, etc.

    The SW part of CO is really nice, but is prime season for Texans and high prices.

    It’s just a fact. When I meet my friends from Texas up in Colorado, in the SW, nothing but TX plates.

    There are lots of places, but we will have to accommodate those without campers or don’t want an extended stay in tents. You and your girls are more than welcome to stay in our camper. We can hold 8.

    Just come to northern Wyoming. After awhile of lurking I realize that elk Hunter guy probably ruined it for us wyoming folks but...

    Lots of Wheeling not a lot of people. Couple places for good beer and ample camping..

    Grand Junction is nice.. But there is the whole rest of the state to consider. Like the part with 14000 foot mountains and jeep trails almost as high.
