    Little slice of heaven right there!

    The county closed Phantom Canyon for about a month. I was bummed.

    We just took Old Stage Rd through the mountains. Lots of people sliding off the road.

    The cool thing about that area is youre around 10000ft. My folks are at 10100ft, beer kicks in quick! Bad thing you need to drink a lot more water to stay hydrated up there.
    Theres also a lot of exploring up there.

    There is another campground up there, on 67. Lone wolf. Not as nice. It's a beautiful area, the campgrounds aren't so nice, and accommodating.

    I’ll be up for a day. Will probably find some dispersed camping to pop up the tent. Will be heading out on Saturday to winter park.

    If anyone wants to arrange a white water trip let me know, my buddy’s place is about an hour from there that will be a really great time to raft if anyone is interested.
