This is how I would handle the whole situation:

    - Since you started this thread, make some decisions. Hammer out the what, the when, and who is coming.

    - Not everyone will be able to attend. Life sucks.

    - Get a location that individuals can sign up for. Getting big blocks of hotels/RV sites/Cabins will be hard and one person will have to come up with the down payment.

Yep^^^^. June isn't peak season for Estes Park/RMNP tourists. Why not say.......on these dates (fill in blank) .....let's meet in Estes Park.........find your own lodging..........(as previously mentioned) micro brew meet and greet to get things started..........and ?????? or something like that........

Thanks Chris & Matt, I appreciate the input!
The date was originally going to be centered around Toytech appreciation days. They don't have dates set yet, and I want something set in stone for us now so we can all make arrangements. So I'll be putting a date on the OP here in a bit.

Lodging is going to be more trouble than its worth, but in the past I've been able to get group rates at hotels without having to dish out any money for deposits. Its not a block reservation, but its something!

I will be leaning on you CO locals here soon to try and set up some of the meet and greets and such.

That sounds good. There will be people that sign up for lodging, take off time for it Monday morning and others that will wait until May 30th.

Let everyone else plan the lodging.

I can’t speak for @Grey Wolf, but I do have 5.5 secluded acres, in the mountains, that can hold some RVs. No power or hook ups. Bring generator.

Should do a vote, because if told on my own I will figure it out.

I am down for camping @ColoradoTJ place or available parks with bath/showers if available. Depending how long of a meet can camp partial and get lodging as well. I am just looking forward to going further east than I have before.

Centering around the annual ToyTec event is a must in my book. @T-Rex266 might be able to get some insight on what weekend the Appreciation Day takes place.

I called Toytech last week and spoke to Liz. She told me she's the one that organizes the event every year. From what she mentioned, they won't know what week it is until February or March which puts a real damper our time to plan things.
@T-Rex266 have you heard anything different from Toytech?

    Gonna call them again tomorrow.
If they still can't give me a date the it is what it is and I'll throw a poll up to choose between a couple/few date ranges.

Sorry for the slack on this guys and gals. To say my personal life is taking the bulk of my attention right now would be an understatement.
