So quick update. The engine bay has a lot of dirt the battery was pretty dirty too and didn't have enough power. I cleaned the battery and the terminals hooked up a portable jumper and left it for about 5 min. I started it. It started up and after about 1 second it died.

Bring in all your paper work to show proof of ownership when at dealer, they will not make up key without it.

Can have both...just check it out. Down south (TX HURRICANES) ppl move vehicles around a bit. Sounds like at the least you need a new battery dropped in. Try to start it, and if it doesnt run, disconnect the + lead so if there is a wire scraped somewhere, it doesn't drain everything down. This is a good point for you to take your multimeter and go through all fuses in cab and under the hood. Make note of any blown to troubleshoot circuit.

There's one connection not connected in this box. Its located by the right side firewall.

+1, sounds like the fuel cut off switch. Not sure of location on Tundras. On Fords it is behind the passenger side kick panel.

Have you changed your battery out yet? These trucks can do stupid things without a good battery in there. Just hooking up to a jumper won't solve it.

I took a spare battery but the terminals wouldn't connect because of the placement. I put the old battery on a charger

Go buy a new battery!! Who knows how long it was drained for? You could be racking your head over something really simple and inexpensive. Even if it doesn't fix the problem, you are going to run into other issues rebuilding this thing and you can count out the battery.

I'll probably go tomorrow to check on it again. Even if it turns on the issue is with the suspension. Uugghhh

This area looks suspicious to me. Too much dirt. My initial thought was dried mud. What you all think?

Don't worry. Plenty of PPL on here to help you with that. It may help you to put your location in so that if there is someone local to you they can help....for lots and lots of beer.

In the olden days, I'd suggest squirting a little gas down the intake manifold. If it's in the fuel delivery system, the truck should sputter and make a few rounds on its own. I'm not sure that'll work on the newer engines.

before you go throwing parts at it, check to make sure you have spark. pull a coil pack with a plug

that's a really messy engine bay, was this a flood vehicle or something?

It was collision damage from New Mexico. I was trying to find the fuel release thing where you hook up a fuel gauge to check the pressure but couldn't find it

It’s your key. I looked at that 2nd video again. The red blinking light under the tach will go off when a Key that is good is put into the ignition. It doesn’t even have to be turned from the off position and the light stops blinking. I just tested that out on my 14

I think the red light did go off. I'll check back next week tired of working on it in the summer texas heat. I'll have a mechanic help me out.

If it was in a collision, there is sometimes a reset switch that needs to be pushed. It cuts off the fuel pump to prevent the truck from pumping gas after a collision to prevent a fire. I found out about this on my Bronco so it may be old news.

It's an inertia switch and may be under the brake pedal depending on year. You could call a Toyota service department and ask them about this.

Someone quoted my post stating they don't think Toyotas have one. I thought a cut switch is required on all. Kind of like TPMS
